Why are we forced to request a VIP host change through host?

If you are unhappy with your VIP host, why are we forced to apply for a change through the very same host we find inadequate? Because of this, we are stuck with the same host for months until they feel like taking action, which completely ruins the experience and pushes us away from Stake.

No player wants to work with an ineffective host who makes you feel like you are talking to an AI, and who constantly copy-pastes the same hardcoded "there is nothing I can do" response for every single issue. Being able to change your host should be a fundamental right.

I guess Stake doesn't realize that keeping incompetent VIP hosts who have absolutely no clue about crisis management is the fastest and most effective way to lose loyal players.
