Unfair bonus weekly and monthly

Im feeling the bonus weekly and monthly is unfair, past week i wagering more than 14k and almost daily player and I jump from 80% bronze to 41 % silver in less than 2 weeks thats mean spend many hours playing slots , and because birthday bonus and may subscription i will got 9$ weekly thats impossible other days i got more x time and playing very less

 I’ve  seen a lot of people who don’t have close to the activity. I have on my account and the wager loss. I have a on my account receive bonus and promotional offers such as crypto deposit, bonuses, etc. etc. I feel like I am not being appreciated for my recent activity, especially since I ran through 70% through platinum in one day last week I was given a $40 ladder bonus when I reached the 70% below the statistics and it’s brutal i’ve been asking support for a bonus every single day maybe more than three times a day nothing they keep denying it. I need a boost to get over the platinum one and it’s getting denied that’s when I feel like the appreciation and recognition of my gameplay and loyalty to stake is not being recognized. Can you guys do something about it? last week’s statistic is of when I hit platinum and today’s statistics was given the monthly bonus and the weekly bonus only and of course it was higher a bit about $300 each, but that’s a well earned since levelling up and running through 70% of platinum in one day but nothing other than THE ladder bonus

Yes, they've nerfed bonuses to the ground, but calling them unfair is wrong imo. You kinda accept the terms if you keep playing here, especially after knowing about the current reality of bonuses on Stake. So I don't think there is anything unfair about that and of course you shouldn't expect any improvements in this regard.

Yeah, a lot of people have been noticing the same thing lately. The bonus calculations feel way less transparent than before, especially when wager/loss numbers don’t seem to match the rewards people receive. I get that profit/loss affects weeklys and monthlies, but the inconsistency is what frustrates most players. Hopefully Stake becomes more transparent about how these bonuses are actually calculated because right now it just feels random.
