adnamo Posted May 25 #1 Posted May 25 (edited) Hello Stake Community & Staff, Today I hit 1000x+ in the Buzzer Beater challenge (1st place, $600 prize) Immediately after, @DragoslavPbanned my account and a mod deleted my winning entry post from the challenge thread. Reason given: multiple accounts. ━━━━━━━Never Used Multiple Accounts in Any Challenge.. Not Once. My Account: https://stakecommunity.com/profile/215188-adanakebb/ @adanakebb has been active since March 30th with 71 posts — this is the only account I have been using consistently. Yes, I have used other account on this forum before March 30th — again BEFORE and never at the same time or so for PRIVACY reasons. As many of you know, every time someone wins a challenge here, their username gets publicly posted in the winners list. After a large win, I did not want my previous winnings to be traceable ... I simply did not want people to see my full win history across all challenges. I even tried to delete my old account ... but unfortunately that is not possible on this forum. That is a personal choice and a platform limitation, not cheating. And this isn't even my first win here... just on May 8th I finished 2nd place with @adanakebb in the same Buzzer Beater challenge, received my prize without any issue: https://stakecommunity.com/topic/173130-daily-challenge-buzzer-beater⚡-08052026/ Zero warnings. Zero issues. Until today — the day I hit 1000x+ and the prize jumps to $600. The Rule Speaks for Itself says: Challenge Rule 6: "Any player USING multiple accounts will not be eligible for prizes." The keyword is USING... not "having registered" or "having ever created." I was not using multiple accounts in this or any challenge. One account. One entry, always. ━━━━━━━ My Questions 1) Why was specifically my winning entry post deleted... the one containing my bet ID and proof of the 1000x+ win? If my account was invalid, simply disqualify the entry. Deleting that specific post removes all evidence that I participated and won. 2) I was credited a $4 prize from another challenge recently from @DragoslavP itself, with this same account. Valid for $4 — but suddenly not valid for $600? 3) I have been active here since March 30th with 71 posts. Why was there never any warning or issue before, only now, after my biggest win? 4) I also noticed something...not pointing fingers, just saying: almost every day, the same usernames appear in the Top 3 winners of this challenge. I am not claiming anything, but I think it is worth looking into, especially in light of what happened to me today. ━━━━━━━━━━━━ What Happens now? Even if this gets resolved, what about next time? If I hit another big win, will the same thing happen again? I need a straight answer from staff. Otherwise why would I even bother participating here anymore. ━━━━━━━━━━━━ One last thing I noticed: The challenge pays $300/$200/$100 for Top 3, doubled if you hit 1000x+. With my entry, two players hit 1000x+ total payout $1,100. Without me, only one does — total drops to $900. That's $200 less. Just saying. I am open to a full review and can provide screenshots and evidence for everything. Today's challenge thread: https://stakecommunity.com/topic/174594-daily-challenge-buzzer-beater⚡-25052026/ ━━━━━━━━━ I want to close with this: I have NEVER cheated. I have never tried to gain an unfair advantage. I am an honest player, VIP Platinum 2 on Stake, and an active Player for a long time. This decision is not just unfair, it is damaging to the image of these challenges. Any player reading this will ask themselves: "If I hit a big win here, will the same happen to me?" The bet ID exists. The multiplier exists. The win is real. I did everything right. I expect this to be corrected. Thank you for reading. I trust this community and Stake staff to do the right thing. @stake Support...please investigate. Community Manager DragoslavP Posted May 25 Community Manager #4 Posted May 25 Hello @adnamo I understand your frustration, but I want to clarify the situation properly. Before promotion payouts are completed, we always try to review the winning accounts and make sure everything is in line with our Terms of Service and promotion rules. However, with the number of entries and users participating, there are cases where accounts with issues, including multiple account violations, may slip through promotions or earlier checks. Regarding your questions: Your entry/post was removed because the account was found to be in violation of our Terms of Service. Once an account is confirmed as invalid, the related promotion entry is also no longer valid. This does not mean we are trying to hide anything, it simply means the entry cannot remain eligible after the account itself has been disqualified. I understand why this seems confusing. The fact that a previous prize was credited does not mean the account was fully cleared from any future checks. Our reviews happen at different stages, and unfortunately, some issues may only be identified later. Once the multiple-account violation was confirmed, the account could no longer remain eligible for any promotion payout, regardless of the amount. Activity on the forum does not automatically mean the account is eligible. Warnings are not always issued before action is taken, especially when the issue is related to multiple accounts or TOS violations. Once this was confirmed during the review, the account was banned before the promotion payout was processed. Regarding the same usernames appearing in the Top 3, this can be reviewed separately. If you believe there is suspicious activity, we can look into it, but it does not change the outcome of your account review. Each case is handled based on the account’s own activity and compliance with the rules. To summarize: you were not banned because you won a larger prize. You were banned because your account was found to be in violation of our Terms of Service. The fact that a previous smaller prize was paid does not override the violation once it was detected. I also want to clarify that by making this post and acknowledging the use of multiple accounts, you are confirming the reason for the ban. Multiple-account usage is a Terms of Service violation, so this unfortunately does not help your case or make the entry eligible again. If you have any questions, please let me know. bharath621 Posted May 25 #5 Posted May 25 I don't know man ,but as your screenshot say @daffyducky My man wins a lot, if they had any problem with regular winners they might have banned him , It's definitely some voilation that your are not aware of .. May be I'm wrong but I believe stake community guidelines are strict and I kinda like it wen it comes to fairness. Gud luck in the future 🥀 daffyducky 1
adnamo Posted May 25 Author #6 Posted May 25 (edited) Hey @DragoslavP, thanks for the response — but it doesn't really answer my actual questions. The rule is clear — Rule 6 states: "Any player USING multiple accounts will not be eligible for prizes." The keyword is USING — not "having registered" or "having ever created." I was not using multiple accounts in this or any challenge. One account, one entry, always. 71 posts, weeks of activity, dozens of challenges. Where exactly is the violation? I created other accounts in the past for privacy reasons after a big win. I even tried to delete them — not possible on this forum. So I moved on and used only this account. That's a platform limitation, not cheating. I've won multiple challenges with this account ... including VIP challenges like the $7,000 The Return of the King. Prizes paid, no issues, zero warnings. Until the day I hit $600. And something I genuinely can't explain ... after my account was supposedly banned, I still received a $4 payout from you directly. If the account was invalid, how was that possible? You also ignored the $200 payout difference completely. With my entry total payout was $1,100, without me $900. Why no answer on that? Last question... what happens going forward? If I win again, same result? I need a straight answer. I was honest in my post. Using that honesty against me is not okay. Edited May 25 by adnamo
Community Manager DragoslavP Posted May 25 Community Manager #7 Posted May 25 Hello again, I understand your side, but I need to clarify a few points. This was not treated as a situation where there was only one extra account or one simple misunderstanding. During the review, multiple connected accounts were found, which is why the account failed the eligibility check under our Terms of Service. Even if your intention was privacy, creating/using multiple accounts still creates issues with promotion eligibility, tracking, abuse prevention, restrictions, and fairness. That is why the rule applies regardless of whether all accounts entered the exact same challenge or not. Regarding previous prizes, including the recent $4 forum promo payout, I understand why it may look inconsistent from your side. However, there is a difference between live challenges and forum promotions in how they are handled and reviewed. Live challenges are usually checked and processed in a faster flow, while forum promotions can involve separate reviews and different timing. Even between forum promotions, the review process may not happen at the exact same moment or with the same depth. So the fact that a $4 forum promo was paid earlier does not automatically mean the account was fully cleared for every other promotion. In that case, the issue was not flagged before that specific payout was processed. Once the multiple-account issue was confirmed during review, the Buzzer Beater entry could no longer remain eligible. Going forward, the straight answer is: you may continue only with one account that is not banned and is allowed under the rules. Any future participation must be from one valid account only, and if further multiple-account activity is found, the same action can be taken again. Regarding the $200 payout difference: the total payout changed because your entry included a 1000x+ bet ID, which qualified it for the 2x reward bonus. After your entry was removed from the eligible winners, the next eligible user moved into the payout list, but their entry did not qualify for the same 2x bonus. Because of that, the final total payout became lower. This was not a missing payment or an unexplained adjustment, it was simply the result of recalculating the promotion based only on eligible entries and the bonuses attached to those entries. I am not using your honesty against you. I appreciate that you explained your side, but your explanation also confirms the core issue: multiple accounts were created/used. So to summarize: this was not because you won $600, and it was not about removing your proof. The account became ineligible because multiple connected accounts were found during the review, and promotion payouts can only be made to eligible entries. If you have any more questions, i would be glad to answer Best regards, DragoslavP. daffyducky and Zeus 2
adnamo Posted May 25 Author #8 Posted May 25 Hey @DragoslavP, I appreciate the detailed response But I want to be straight with you. Yes...I created multiple accounts over time...Every single time the reason was the same — privacy. After a big win my username gets posted publicly. I didn't want that history visible. So I moved on with a new account. That's it. No abuse, no manipulation, no unfair advantage gained. I never had two accounts active at the same time in any challenge. Not once. I would create a new one, and the old one would simply sit there unused... because as we both know, you can't delete accounts on this forum. You say "creating/using" — but Rule 6 says "USING." That's the actual rule. Not "creating." Not "having ever registered." USING. I was using one account. Always one. Where exactly is the unfair advantage in that challenge? Actually, you can verify everything I'm saying....You have access to all account activity right? Check the last post and last activity of every account connected to me....You will clearly see that no two accounts were ever active at the same time. The data is right there. I'm not asking you to take my word for it ...I'm asking you to actually look at it.
Community Manager DragoslavP Posted May 25 Community Manager #9 Posted May 25 Hello @adnamo This will be my final explanation on this matter, as I have already clarified the reasoning in detail. Under our forum rules/TOS, multiple forum accounts are not allowed. Under Stake’s site TOS, multiple Stake accounts are also prohibited. Because multiple connected accounts were found, the account failed the eligibility review and the Buzzer Beater entry remains disqualified. I understand your point about privacy and your claim that only one account was active at a time, but that does not remove the multiple-account issue. Promotion eligibility is based on the account being fully compliant with the rules, not only on whether two accounts entered the same challenge at the same time. Going forward, you may continue only with one account that is not banned and is allowed under the rules. Any further multiple-account activity can lead to the same result again. This decision will not be changed. Best regards, DragoslavP. Jackhackmax 1
adnamo Posted May 26 Author #11 Posted May 26 (edited) Hey @DragoslavP, I appreciate you taking the time to respond... I still stand by my point regarding Rule 6 and the word "USING"... but I respect that we see this differently... One genuine question though: you can see all account activity on your end....You can literally check that those old accounts were completely inactive...No posts, no challenge entries, nothing after the wins. Just sitting there because I couldn't delete them....If you actually looked at the data, you'd see exactly what I mean.... I'm not a bad actor here. I'm just a player who wanted some privacy. That's it.... I've escalated to [email protected] and support, hope this still gets sorted fairly. And just to give some context... I'm VIP Platinum 2 on Stake, been active for a long time...spend real money here regularly. I'm not some random guy trying to scam $600. I just want to be treated fairly like any other player.... Thanks Edited May 26 by adnamo
Community Manager DragoslavP Posted May 26 Community Manager #12 Posted May 26 Hello @adnamo I've really explained everything in my past 2 answers, and there is nothing really I can add to this topic. Using multiple accounts will never be tolerated, and there is no such excuse for such an act. The decision won't be changed, and with this i'm closing this discussion. Best regards, DragoslavP.
