Cant really say i have a specific  strategy but heres how i usually play:

-9 tiles on hard

-Do not switch pattern

-Do not switch seeds

-Only adjusting betsizes (Over the time you are able to tell if a betsize is hot)

 

Guessing i allready had like 500 x 500x on different betsizes since i started playing on stake.
