Going crazy: “failed to fetch” error wont let me play

Ive been getting the following error msg so much lately that im going crazy...  

i couldnt not get the screenshot uploaded for somereason however the error msg reads: Failed to Fetch. 

When i reload the browser it works once then stops again...once meaning one roll at most, then like a stubborn dog it “fails to fetch”  im gonna assume its programing language...

any known solutions to this guys? Or know what the issue is exactly so i can stop encountering this ?

Are you using a VPN?

When did it start occurring?

Have you tried clearing cache or logging out and back in?

Lastly, when it occurs can you check the error in your developer console (right click page > inspect)

I am going to assume this is resolved by you since there hasn't been a response since my request for information to troubleshoot the problem.
