Complaint regarding Moderator "Aunya" - Unjust Chat Block and Contrad

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Moderator Aunya regarding their unprofessional behavior and unfair treatment on the forum.

Here is the timeline of the issue:

My Request: I requested a chat room migration to the Thai chat room as I have relocated to Thailand and wish to integrate into the community.

Moderator's Response: Moderator @Aunya stated that only users with Thai KYC and a Thai ID can join. At the exact same time, I noticed my chat access was completely blocked without any valid reason.

The Contradiction: I am actually a Thai citizen living in Bangkok and possess a Thai ID. However, instead of guiding me through the KYC verification process or asking for proof, the moderator chose to block me first. Furthermore, they have ignored my follow-up messages explaining my citizenship status.

As a moderator, their role should be to assist users and provide clear instructions on how to complete verification, not to issue immediate chat bans arbitrarily. This poor communication and lack of support are disruptive to the community experience.

I kindly request you to look into this matter, review the moderator's actions, and remove the chat block from my account so I can complete the necessary verification.

Hi,

You can use Thai chat if your account is verified on Stake.com using a Thai ID. Having a Thai ID does not mean you can use Thai chat. If your account is not verified with a Thai ID , the moderator cannot do anything. This is a rule, and the moderator cannot do anything about it. On Stake.com, you can only use one local chat, corresponding to the country in which you have completed KYC verification.
