I was gambling with fiat on Stake and, after winning the equivalent of around $8,500 USD, my account was frozen pending KYC Level 4 source-of-funds verification.

I believe the "gift" category applies to me, as the money I deposited was gifted to me by my parents. I've submitted documentation several times, but it keeps getting rejected. Support says the documents are not a valid gift certificate, yet Stake's website only states that a gift document must include a written statement from the donor specifying the amount of the gift, the date of the gift, and the relationship between the donor and recipient.

My submissions include all of that information, but they continue to be rejected. Live support hasn't been able to explain what is missing.

Has anyone successfully passed source-of-funds verification using the gift category? If so, could you tell me what format your gift certificate was in?
