Hello,

I have been with the platform for more than two years and I have never received any special offer or reward, even though I have enabled notifications and email subscriptions.

Today, all Egyptian accounts received a bonus related to the addition of the local currency and the ability to deposit and withdraw using it, but I did not receive that message. All of my friends and many users on the forum received it as well.

I contacted support several times, but I only received an automated response stating that promotions are available to selected clients. However, this time my account is an Egyptian account, and I still did not receive anything.

I kindly ask you to resolve this issue, as I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the situation.
