unbiased justification to my filipino chat

Hello I am a filipino member of stake,

I want you to all know the unbiased justification happening in my local chat group, some of the members getting rain on the chat would be banned for a day or half a day so the account would be accidentally can't receive a rain again when the banned lifted, doing this with the benefit of moderators closes friend or friend to actually receive the rain and eventually all his/her circle of friend receiving the rain only,. this is real and it is happening now on stake there is no even slight commentus indication that I am commenting on rain here hence I am getting a 2 days mute for that purposed.
