not received welcome bonus

i am from india
i deposited 500 USDT 48hrs ago and never received welcome bonus of 200% 
i used JLSTAKE bonus code. 
i am not able to contact support. before it was AI bot response and not able to contact live agent and now the send message button was removed from my account.
can someone say if i get the bonus or can i withdraw the funds in my account?
i already lost 200 USDT in 48 hours.

I've always found this 200% deposit thing a sham

You need ontalk to support i guess ans I had a same standing. Then later on, I came to know you need to deposit and you need to wait and inform the support was there active in this your balance then the promo started. I use some shit code for one dollar something called as
