Hello everyone,

 

I would like to raise a concern regarding the increasing number of INR deposits remaining in pending status for extended periods of time. Many Indian users, including myself, have experienced situations where the amount gets debited from the bank account but does not get credited to the Stake wallet immediately.

 

While support usually asks users to wait or submit proof of payment, these incidents appear to be happening repeatedly. This creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially when users have to contact support multiple times for the same issue.

 

I understand that payment processing may involve third-party providers, but I believe the community would appreciate more transparency regarding:

 

- The common causes behind these delays.

- The expected resolution timeframe.

- Whether Stake is working on improving the INR payment system.

- Additional safeguards to prevent such occurrences in the future.

 

I am posting this not as a complaint against the support team, but as feedback from the Indian community. A more reliable INR deposit system would significantly improve the overall user experience.

 

I encourage other users who have faced similar issues to share their experiences constructively so that this matter receives the attention it deserves.
