If I were the CEO of Stake, my first change would be introducing new games and transforming it from just a casino site into an all-in-one gaming universe, a platform bigger than anything before.

Iโ€™d create separate categories: 18+ content with casino features only for verified adults, and safe games with no real money for younger users.

This would help the platform connect with future generations and increase its reach as users grow older, creating a larger gaming community over time. ๐ŸŽฎ๐ŸŒ

๐Ÿ’ญ This is actually a great idea! ๐ŸŽฏ
An all-in-one gaming universe could significantly expand the platform and attract a much wider audience.
But the real challenge would be maintaining a balance between safe gaming and 18+ casino content. โš–๏ธ
If implemented properly, it could turn Stake into a large global gaming ecosystem. ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ”ฅ

If I became the CEO of Stake, one of the first things I would do is review the performance and behavior of my employees. Iโ€™ve seen many complaints from different players regarding staff members not following the very rules that are already in place. As a CEO, I believe I should make sure my employees arenโ€™t acting however they want as if itโ€™s the Wild West.

ย

Unfortunately, it seems like the current CEO isnโ€™t very concerned about these issues and is mainly focused on the money, which is understandable from a business perspective. However, not enough effort has been made to address these problems. Instead, responsibility appears to have been handed over to people who are trusted to do their jobs but, in my opinion, are not doing them properly.

ย

This is something I would change immediately. The players who generate billions in revenue for the company are the reason the business exists in the first place. Because of that, staff accountability should be a top priority. Personally, I think a large number of moderators, support agents, and even some of their supervisors would need to be reviewed very carefully.

ย

The first people I would look into are those who seem to act as if the rules donโ€™t apply to them.

Like guys that has their name ending with โ€œSLAVโ€

ย

From a playerโ€™s perspective, it often feels like certain individuals can do whatever they want without consequences. At the end of the day, they are employees, and if they are not doing their jobs properly, that damages the company.

ย

As a player, Iโ€™ve noticed that many issues seem to get swept under the rug. But sooner or later, someone has to look under that rug, and they might not like what they see. Like cockroaches maybe ๐Ÿชณ ย @Edwardย @Mladenย @Nenadย  @Vladimir

As CEO, I'll speed up the process for bet slip settlement. I still have bet slips that have not been closed after they've long lost or won (especially the SGM types).

Innovatively, I'll build a feature where users can follow others and copy their bets automatically just like it's done on forex websites.ย

If I were the CEO I'd carry on from where my predecessor stopped but I'll add a little changes to the reward system(topping it up a little๐Ÿ˜), I'd work on improving lucky spins on fortune dragon because that's the only thing I play here on stake๐Ÿ˜, I'd add more betting options to darts and baseball๐Ÿ˜ yeah, that'd be all for now

I understand that listening to player complaints and taking action on them is very important for any platform. If staff members are truly violating the rules, then there should be a transparent investigation and clear accountability.
However, it is also important that decisions are made based on evidence and proper processes rather than emotions, so that not only player trust can be restored but the system can also be improved further.
