  1. Has anyone else noticed situations where someone gets promoted surprisingly quickly, while people who’ve been with the company much longer don’t seem to progress at all? I recently saw couple people move into a higher position after being with the company for less than a year. At the same time, there are employees who have been there for years, are highly professional, experienced, and consistently perform well, yet nothing seems to change for them. What also caught my attention is that this person is in a relationship with another employee who has been with the company for much longer and already holds a higher position. I’m not accusing anyone of anything, and it’s entirely possible the promotion was earned on merit. It just made me wonder how promotion decisions are made and whether personal relationships within a company can sometimes influence them, even unintentionally. Has anyone experienced something similar where they work? @Edward @Mladen @Vladimir
  2. Despite the previous feedback, the same behavior is happening again. Asking users in the public chat to “vote vote vote” or “support me on that post” isn’t the kind of neutrality I’d expect from a moderator. It creates the appearance of bias and undermines professionalism.

  5. If I became the CEO of Stake, one of the first things I would do is review the performance and behavior of my employees. I’ve seen many complaints from different players regarding staff members not following the very rules that are already in place. As a CEO, I believe I should make sure my employees aren’t acting however they want as if it’s the Wild West. Unfortunately, it seems like the current CEO isn’t very concerned about these issues and is mainly focused on the money, which is understandable from a business perspective. However, not enough effort has been made to address these problems. Instead, responsibility appears to have been handed over to people who are trusted to do their jobs but, in my opinion, are not doing them properly. This is something I would change immediately. The players who generate billions in revenue for the company are the reason the business exists in the first place. Because of that, staff accountability should be a top priority. Personally, I think a large number of moderators, support agents, and even some of their supervisors would need to be reviewed very carefully. The first people I would look into are those who seem to act as if the rules don’t apply to them. Like guys that has their name ending with “SLAV” From a player’s perspective, it often feels like certain individuals can do whatever they want without consequences. At the end of the day, they are employees, and if they are not doing their jobs properly, that damages the company. As a player, I’ve noticed that many issues seem to get swept under the rug. But sooner or later, someone has to look under that rug, and they might not like what they see. Like cockroaches maybe 🪳 @Edward @Mladen @Nenad @Vladimir
  6. In my opinion, the best moderators are @MarkoCo Co and @StefanNl, @AleksandarMe@DamjanTo. They are the only ones who are consistently fair, professional, and kind to everyone. They always handle situations calmly and respectfully. Unfortunately, there are also moderators who act unprofessionally at times, such as @DragoslavP Who said he hates users… in stake chat. Which creates an unfair atmosphere and leaves a negative impression. @Nenad @Mladen @Edward @Steve I think this needs to see someone in higher positions bc when we write an email complain they hiding the truth and nobody notices..
