If I became the CEO of Stake, one of the first things I would do is review the performance and behavior of my employees. Iโve seen many complaints from different players regarding staff members not following the very rules that are already in place. As a CEO, I believe I should make sure my employees arenโt acting however they want as if itโs the Wild West.
Unfortunately, it seems like the current CEO isnโt very concerned about these issues and is mainly focused on the money, which is understandable from a business perspective. However, not enough effort has been made to address these problems. Instead, responsibility appears to have been handed over to people who are trusted to do their jobs but, in my opinion, are not doing them properly.
This is something I would change immediately. The players who generate billions in revenue for the company are the reason the business exists in the first place. Because of that, staff accountability should be a top priority. Personally, I think a large number of moderators, support agents, and even some of their supervisors would need to be reviewed very carefully.
The first people I would look into are those who seem to act as if the rules donโt apply to them.

From a playerโs perspective, it often feels like certain individuals can do whatever they want without consequences. At the end of the day, they are employees, and if they are not doing their jobs properly, that damages the company.
As a player, Iโve noticed that many issues seem to get swept under the rug. But sooner or later, someone has to look under that rug, and they might not like what they see. Like cockroaches maybe ๐ชณ @Edward @Mladen @Nenad @Vladimir
