My 30-day bonus reduction period has already ended, yet my rewards remain at nearly the same reduced level as during the penalty period.

My wagering volume, deposits, and game selection have not changed, but the rewards I receive are now only about 10% of what they were previously.

I have reviewed the house edge calculations, and the figures have appeared inconsistent ever since the last reduction was applied.

Furthermore, I find it highly unusual that my Weekly Bonus is lower than my Rakeback. Based on my activity, this does not seem reasonable.

Could you please provide a detailed explanation of how these rewards are being calculated and whether any restrictions or reductions are still being applied to my account?

this is accidental

My weekly bonus was reduced during the period from May 9 to June 9, but even after that period ended, my rewards are still being reduced by roughly the same amount.

Am I currently under a different restriction or limitation?

Based on the data we reviewed, the numbers do not appear reasonable, and I believe there may be an error or an undisclosed reduction still being applied to my account.

Did someone forget to remove the 30-day reduction from my account after the penalty period expired?

 1. **May 9th  I received a notification stating that my bonuses would be reduced for the next 30 days due to receiving "excessive bonuses." The email explicitly stated that my bonus would return to the normal amount after 30 days.
 2. **May 23rd  I received a 7-day restriction from claiming bonus drops via Telegram/X.

**The Current Problem:**

It has been well over 30 days since the May 9th restriction, yet my weekly bonus remains stuck at around $2, regardless of how much I wager.
Recently, I wagered approximately $13,000 on games with a 1% house edge and have made regular deposits. Despite this active play, my weekly bonus is only about 10% of what it should be. Other players with the exact same VIP rank, identical gameplay, or even lower wager amounts on original games are receiving 10 times more than me (around $20).

It appears that the 30-day restriction applied on May 9th has not been automatically lifted and is continuing indefinitely. Could you please investigate my account status and correct this issue?

According to your official policy, the weekly bonus is calculated based on VIP rank, wagered amount, house edge, and win/loss outcomes. Therefore, it is absolutely absurd that my bonus is hard-capped at exactly $2.50, completely ignoring all of these factors no matter how much I play."

Its same for all, only famous/affiliate got good bonuses , same for me week by week it decrease when i up my bets/desposit its ridiculous.
