Why is reloading Plat III only worth $5? That's unfair!

I just got promoted to Plat III and I only received a $5 reload bonus while I see others at the same level getting at least $10 or more. I mostly play slots and a little sports betting. My account is losing money, so why is the reload bonus so low?

The reload amount is not fixed. It depends on various factors, like amout deposited and recently wagered amount.

I understand it's judged on many aspects. But lately I've only been losing, and the amounts I've lost have been substantial. A $5 reload bonus really surprised me. It's far too low for a Platinum III level.
