Vip level jump

I have recently unlocked vip tier platinum 2 and got a bonus of $531 and $4.55 daily reload for 28 day despite wagering 42k in the past month!  Literally i think i had more from silver to Gold 🤔😉😇 not sure but from gold to platinum 1 was very similar! Is this common? İ couldn’t ask the vip host because host was only interested in “you are receiving something just say what currency you want”  thats how i perceived it! Maybe it wasn’t intended that way lol, my monthly statistic snapshot says bunch of bonuses but i don’t understand if i received them or if i am i eligible for them! 17k wager last week and received $50 weekly! Anyway if its common its alright but i don’t want train and nose picking guy to have my bonuses lol, because i spend and gamble with my own money! Maybe stake has too many people jumping levels at the same time yet its not an excuse not foreseeing far ahead! Cut from your profit lol as eezy it would be! Thanks for the responses!
