Reward not received for Road to the ring promotion

I have participated in Road to the ring promotion with an eligible bet of 2$ on 251x multi ,but I have not received my reward,kindly solve this issue. Challenge link-

I already made this post a week ago on tutorial and resources forum but there was no reply from support.

Please note that only players whose accounts are not subject to any restrictions at any point during the promotion period are eligible to receive prizes. Therefore, your account must be in good standing on the payout date, as Stake reserves the right to disqualify any user due to promotion or account abuse, which may also result in a permanent ban. All of this is clearly stated in the promotion description.
