Let Users Pick Starting Card in Hi Lo & Show Roll Results

I had a couple of suggestions motivated by the awesome Advent seasonal challenge.

First, these challenges had me playing more hi lo than I ever have in my life.  I like how you can click through the deck to select your starting card, but is there any reason not just to let players PICK their starting card?  It seems to me the house edge is the same regardless of what card I start on, so if I think starting with the Ace of Spades is lucky why not let me?

Second, since hunting for specific dice numbers is a common roll hunt topic, it would be great if the "my bets" screen showed the roll.  This seems pretty standard at other sites that feature dice, I checked and Just-Dice, Luckygames, Bitvest, and even Stake's sister site Primedice have a roll or result column for our bets.  So it seems to be an industry norm and so would seem like a sensible addition.

I'm somewhat in agreement on the Hilo part, since it would take out the fun of rollhunts  and part of those hunts is shuffling cards until the desired one. I guess it'll save time shuffling to the ideal card but since it's all luck I don't mind having it stay that way.

Definitely support the Dice suggestion though, since the "My Bets" section is very spread out it wouldn't be too difficult to squish the spaces a little to have a new column that shows "Number rolled".

While on that subject, I'd also like to suggest adding result numbers for Roulette under the My bets section. I know it's already shown beside the wheel, but I sometimes get hypnotized by the wheel spinning round and round and round...

Two great ideas. The first is something that we are looking to implement in the future, as for the second I’ll bring it up at the next dev meeting and see how it goes.
