crazycock487 Posted July 2 #2 Posted July 2 Yea they have been very busy took a few hours for me earlier, you can check if you have any bonuses by going to transactions, then bonuses, the scroll to the right to see unclaimed bonuses.

Brother can live support blacklist also someone? Means can they block me from accessing live support

bizzmac Posted July 3 #6 Posted July 3 I am having the exact same issue right now. I leveled up to VIP III, hours ago .. still no word from Stake. Live support seems to be not working for me whatsoever. If i delete browsing history and click on the button, it opens the window but there's no option to start any chats, and if i reload the stake website (shift+F5) the live support button doesn't work anymore.
