Does anyone know whats the secret requirement for this promotion?

hi guys so i got this promotion emailed to me june 4th, 2026 and i followed all the requirement and also the T&C. but somehow they said i wasnt eligible despite having met all the criteria even checking my deposit and wagered amount. they told me there was a hidden requirement which i did not meet. im just sad cause thats kinda deceptive if there is a hidden requirement and they didnt say anything that there was one. is anyone else facing the same issue?
