KiXxnTRiXx Posted January 2, 2019 #1 Posted January 2, 2019 So i play Plinko alot, and there has been a few times where ive hit something but it did not give the same payout. On pin 15 high, ive hit 83x but only paid 8x.. on pin 16 high, ive hit 130x but paid 9x. On my replay it shows where in landed, but when i contacted support, i was showned a different outcome. Anyone encuntered this before? Whats the fix for this?

Dan, when i watch the replay to this day, it shows landing on 130x .. thats why its confusing. i watched it before linking it here.. still shows 130.. the screen shot if from when the ball has dropped and can see the animation hitting the pin in the end. The replay that i see on my side lands on 130x, you guys see 9x.. thats why i was asking on my post if anyone knows the fix. Replay doesnt show me 9x. PLINKO: 2,074,894,816 placed by KiXxnTRiXx on 26/12/2018 Wagered 0.00010000 Multiplier 9x Profit 0.00080000 (this one is the only one i have in record, ill have to dig up for the others, which i may not be up to doing.. ) but this one shows on the replay where it landed which is 130x but paid at 9x.
Dan Posted January 2, 2019 #4 Posted January 2, 2019 When I watch the replay, it goes into 9x. Are you saying that the bet when played was not 9x but the replay now says it is? Where you auto-betting or playing a lot of simultaneous bets at once?

Where you auto-betting or playing a lot of simultaneous bets at once? a year ago or something like that i came in stake and played for first time i ofc tried Plinko 16 pins and the ball went off the screen but on win it was showing 0.2x it really went off the screen it went nowhere didn't land on any x just went to the right and bounced away from the x's i tried to find that game later on but it didnt show such a ball drop animation

I tried posting a video of the replay but im not able to as it is not an accepted file type. Unless im doing it wrong? Dont really want to post it on youtube or anything as it is really not that big of a deal. Just wanted a solution on how to fix it so that i may see what others see. Hehehe
Kate Posted January 7, 2019 #8 Posted January 7, 2019 If the bet has payed out 9x then for sure the ball would show dropping in the 9x multiplier in the replay since its linked with the payout.

I dont know why you would be seeing differently.

Ive asked another to verify where the plinko puck landed on, and he sees it land on 9x.. Im still very confised on how that is, abd howto fix it. Its frustrating to no end, when youre so close to bust, finally youre saving grace 130x comesm only to find out, its really not?.... 3 times.... Ive used Firefox and Chrome.. same issue...o
Babagucci Posted January 16, 2019 #13 Posted January 16, 2019 Wow that's a bit crazy I would certainly try to get to the bottom of that especially if you not getting the winnings your suppose to get. Have you looked at what your balance is getting credited when this error occurs?

The bet ID always displays the correct result, and I believe your problem is just the consequence of the non-updated browser, some system feature or an extension you have installed on that current browser Please, test this on different ones (Mozilla, Edge, Safari, Opera) and Google Chrome incognito mode, and let us know of the results

I just wanna share this malfunctioning happened to me way back before stake update there site.. So im playing charbet at that time... when i want to click the cashout.. nothing is happening.. so i panic, contact the support(u can see it there).. support told me maybe its technical problem..so support said i need to refresh it.. after refreshing.. support told me to send her the last bet i made.. but when i check my last bet.. that malfunctioned bet didn’t record.. so i cannnot prove it, then i told her i can send her a video, she said she cannot view a video.. so yea.. i hope this will not happen again.. cause Its a real money... kinda feel unfair for me.. kinda.. hehe

Also, Chartbet is not available on the site at the moment, and won't be for a while, so there is no point in posting this. Since the previous Plinko report was already explained as well, I'm going to go ahead and lock this one now.
