kertsantos Posted January 10, 2019 #52 Posted January 10, 2019 I like your friend, he or she has common sense hahaha. double check it next time
Cryptorianer Posted January 10, 2019 #53 Posted January 10, 2019 I sent less multiple times. I guess it is only a matter of time before I sent too much ... I hope you make your loss back! Good luck!
Bigmann23 Posted January 10, 2019 #54 Posted January 10, 2019 yes i have deffintly tipped both the wrong person or the wrong amount. i have been lucky though those players where goid enough to send it back. most times as a thank you if it was the wrong amount i send them back more than what the original tip was and if sent to the wrong person i at very lest dend them part of what they sent back. if we tip wrong it is the tipping persons mistake the reciver is not obligated to return it and if they are good enough to send it back that should be rewarded i think
arkadian93 Posted January 10, 2019 #55 Posted January 10, 2019 is happend... every time i double check ... i send one time to... in place to send 50k i send 500k , i don't recoveire the tips but from then i double check every time...

Its a skill that theyve mastered in order to manipulate the good.l but hyprociticals and outright manipulators...

When it happened to me I sent back, frequently I PM and ask if it was a mistake. The one time I did it the user sent it back as well. Most people are honest. However, a large number are not and I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience with the person who wont even acknowledge your mis tip to them. That is a shame and shows quickly who your friends are, and are not, on Stake. Another common problem is tipping the wrong person, that often results in people running away as well. I don't really support a reminder message. We are all grown ups and should be paying attention to what we are doing. That will just slow things down. haha same here, i received one time a tip excessive,...., quickly my friend told me he did an error and, obviously, after a while jocking with him i returned hahaha, he was angry after with me 2 hours hahaha.
neich Posted January 20, 2019 #62 Posted January 20, 2019 This happend to me 1 time. I never saw the guy i tipped again. Rip 200k sat 😛 .

I have two experiences with this. The first time I sent ... well ... it has been two months and I still haven’t heard from the person !!! They are online all the time but never respond to me. My mistake ... speaking of mistakes ... the second time was to my dear friend Mistake who sent me back almost immediately without question or hesitation. So so I am curious if anyone has any experience with sending too much .... You should put that player on blast so nobody else gets taken advantage by this player. If they haven't paid you back for two months they probably won't. There is nothing worst than players asking for a tip and then don't pay you back when your kind enough to load it.

The way I look at it is that karma is real and it will come for them eventually.

CAPT.DEADPOOL Posted January 21, 2019 #67 Posted January 21, 2019 that guys is not honest he not send back the balance to you so he keep him self instead he back the balance he is lucky.
skywallkee Posted January 22, 2019 #68 Posted January 22, 2019 It has happened to me before twice when the lending section was still a thing. One time I sent lending to someone that has already been lent but the lender didn't have the time to write it (my bad) and got it back immediately. The second time I've done a trivia and by mistake I sent 100k instead of 10k, but again, got it right back as the user understood the mistake and wanted others to have the chance to win a share of that too Many of the users of stake will actually tip back, but if the tip is to someone new, greedy or just a more selfish person then you should forget about it as for sure you won't see them again. But always since then, I'm double-triple checking the tip and also the one I'm sending to be sure I'm sending to the right person (1 letter might mess everything up)
FotisNt Posted January 23, 2019 #69 Posted January 23, 2019 Hey, it happened to me once with an amount of 0.01 to a stranger who asked for a loan. Then I kindly asked him to send the tip back, but instead of this, he said ''thanks!!'' and made some hilo bets, then I had to threat him about a report and so he returned me a 0.005. While it was my mistake and supports could't do anything, I just got over it while the next hour the same user asked me for a loan, so this guy got a permanent mute. This mistake made me ragebet and loss a deposit. However, I learned my mistake which is to avoid tipping and loaning strangers while the only thing that will happen is to never get back a single tip or even to get rid of the pm's, so far I'm tipping only friends of mine who i trust.
TKO Posted January 24, 2019 #70 Posted January 24, 2019 This has happened to me once haha! I was doing trivias and sending the 1k to the players who won. Then I said I was going to do one last trivia and @Zaynab Shah answered it correctly. I wanted to tip 1k but sent 10k by mistake. At the time my balance was only 25k to even 10k was a big amount haha! But being the sweetheart she is, she asked me if I actually meant to send 10k instead of 1k. And because she was nice enough to ask, I said "Yeah I meant to send 10k" hah! I think people like her deserve it you know, caring for others. Some people wouldn't even say thank you properly! haha. Well, that's the only time its happened to me! I've always been careful for tipping. But It has happened to me often where I send too much to Edward by mistake. I was going to go 5k for 2x on dice, instead went 50k and lost! hhaha That was a frustrating and funny experience at the same time.
CAPT.DEADPOOL Posted January 24, 2019 #71 Posted January 24, 2019 If you sent a tip to person you check the zero or double check that guys is very lucky.

People are so twisted! This site, or I suppose the industry itself attracts the greedy, and the manipulative. So strange to see these facets of humanity so amplified though!
