pro tip dont chase every draw post flop, tight is right at low stakes since people call too wide and you just print money with value hands. also track your sessions even if its juust a notepad file, helps you spot leaks real fast.

poker is my jam tbh, the mindgames and reading people is where its at. caught a crazy run last week playing texas holdem where i kept hitting flushes on the river, felt like a movie.

I dont know if I'd calll poker "safe" honestly, even with skill the variance can eat you alive if you're not properly rolled and a bad downswing can last way longer than people expect.

I mean it’s fun and skill matters for sure but calling it safe feels a bit off, one bad run of cards can wipe out hours of profit no matter how tight you play.

Poker is defiitely one of the few games where patience actually gets rewarded, I've had sessions where just folding trash for an hour straight kept my stack alive while everyone else busted themselves out.
