Bonus Expiry

So I don't get to be on stake all the time because of obligations and travel for work. Sometimes when I am away gambling is not a priority so I don't check for random bonuses with the exception of the weekly and monthly. I checked my email recently and I had been sent a bonus from the end of june hidden between a ton of marketing emails which are mostly casino(Sportsbook guy). I click on the bonus, and it says invalid so i reach out to support and I was informed the bonus has expired. I raise the issue that usually such bonuses will specify in the email if and when it will expire. In which case I would not have even bothered engaging support. From that point on every response just felt like some AI slop encouraging me to check my emails more frequently.  The only thing consistent with stake is ZERO transparency. I really used to love stake but now it just seems like shams and scams everywhere. If the bonuses can expire, what the hell is the unclaimed promotions tab under bonuses for?
