Laura2000 Posted January 13, 2019 #1 Posted January 13, 2019 Hi dear supporters, Other day when i was playing litecoins, the page did something stopped a second and when i restart the game, i didn't realize the litecoin was changed to bitcoin and without a second to react after restart the automatic all satoshis went out.... bust.. Other time when you refreshing happens the same, the coins changes,... i know perhaps i am very impulsive but it's very annoying when it happens. My suggestion is why Stake don't put a message when changing on coins?, confirming you are playing in this or another ... could be very useful. Thanks for your attention
Community Manager Stake Staff Posted January 14, 2019 Community Manager #2 Posted January 14, 2019 Hello, Laura I have tried to reproduce this mistake and didn't manage, the currency remained the same for me as it was before the refresh. 🤔 What browser are you using? Is the version of it updated and do you have any extensions on it that might be causing this problem, please? (If you could reproduce and record the error too, we would gladly forward it further to the developers for checking/correction)
Kate Posted January 15, 2019 #3 Posted January 15, 2019 Its probably because you had a visual bug like maybe you were playing with litecoins but showed bitcoins ?
BLXN Posted January 15, 2019 #4 Posted January 15, 2019 yeah, coin stays the same unless you've closed the browser.
Community Manager Stake Staff Posted January 19, 2019 Community Manager #5 Posted January 19, 2019 If she can reproduce it, I will gladly forward Otherwise, locking the topic on my next visit here
CAPT.DEADPOOL Posted January 19, 2019 #6 Posted January 19, 2019 Aw it sad but its ok admin is fix rapidly to fix the site and to working properly again the programmer fix this issue so enjoy playing gambling again😉.
Laura2000 Posted January 19, 2019 Author #7 Posted January 19, 2019 Thanks Bojana and all other, was a thing happened one time, never seen it before, it was like the page was frozen and... at restart was btc, and didn't realize, the curious thing it was the bet amount didn't change.... perhaps navigator did a rare refresh by lack of memory or don't know, if i see again i will report, thanks
wry Posted January 19, 2019 #8 Posted January 19, 2019 I could not reproduce this either, I even tried closing the tab and reopening, and still on ETH. So I guess maybe rather than a suggestion this is a compliment, because I agree, if it did change it would be mildly annoying, and on some other leading sites, it does...
Community Manager Stake Staff Posted January 29, 2019 Community Manager #9 Posted January 29, 2019 Thanks, Laura and the rest who tested this I will lock this topic now since it appears to be solved, but make sure to inform us if you notice anything similar happening again Cheers! 🍀
