Babagucci Posted January 14, 2019 #1 Posted January 14, 2019 Hello Stake, For quite some time now at random times the balance will not diplay or update properly as I'm playing games. In the screenshot I provided you can see that I am trying to place a bet but cant. Now for some reason the message that diplayed saying "I can't place bet due to insufficient funds" isn't in the screenshot even though I took the screenshot while the message was diplayed. So I guess the screenshot is kinda pointless but I promise you the message was there and I couldn't make the bet. The balance won't diplay properly until I refresh the webpage.

I did just get a new phone a couple weeks ago so I could have been logging in on both devices but this issue was happening on my old mobile device as well. It doesn't happen all the time just at random times Here's another screenshot that shows the message. Look at my balance and then the bet size.

You could try using Firefox browser for a while and then switch back to chrome to see if it works. Sometimes browser is the problem.

KiXxnTRiXx Posted January 22, 2019 #11 Posted January 22, 2019 Yup... im still getting the fake balance bug.. i notice this happens when i tip while im playing auto.. even though it shows i have balance, get an error sayinf i dont have enough to keep playing... not entirely sure how that works... cause there would be times where my my balance is around 100-200k .. then says insufficient.. when i refresh... it shows less than 20-10% of what it showed.. like what? ... how is that even hapoening.. then also the opposite happens.. when i would be playing auto, then my balance goes on minus and auto play keeps on going.. and im not even playing plinko... lol... its weird and really dont know which is my true balance.. *shrugs*

It would be really helpful if you could provide us with any additional information, so we could forward it to development team. Does the balance issue happen regardless of device you are using? Does it appear only when you receive/send tips while playing?
firenine Posted January 22, 2019 #14 Posted January 22, 2019 I'm using firefox with Adblock Plus. I keep one tab for Stake and other for Stake Forum. When I claim a giveaway prize, the forum tab becomes a second Stake tab and shows a little pop-up with the prize received. But to see the balance actually updated I always need to manually refresh the page.
lenra609 Posted January 22, 2019 #15 Posted January 22, 2019 It happens to me too, but I always clear my web history and resetting my modem. It works for me well. Also there is a certain day and time that my internet drop it's signal and my game is really in a terrible state. So checking my net speed will give answer. I don't play when my signal is weak because I won't enjoy playing.
FotisNt Posted January 23, 2019 #16 Posted January 23, 2019 Happens to me aswel, It usually adds a 0.00000001 + on my current betting amount and says that i dont have enough balance, then, im changing the bet amount back to what i had It's really annoying for me while it happends everytime im trying to bet.
