Mossiejaja Posted January 15, 2019 #1 Posted January 15, 2019 If been hearing alot of users talk about bonuses they recieve via email and did not recieve.... I questioned support on how it works wether its random or pre set criteria are to be met where they responded " its unknown criteria based done by their marketing team" It would make sense to target users who are not so active or been non active for a long period to gain them back as active players. But what about the active users? Those who hase been parr of stake for more than 12 months? I havent seen or heard of any bonus given in celebration of that! Users with higher than avarage total gambled amounts? Havent seen or heard of a special thanks for them. Whether the statistics is in the green or red profit wise, shouldn't exempt a user from bonuses. Regular players with accounts older than an 'x' period or total wagerd of 'x' amounts i believe should be treated a little diffrent than the players who has a new account every second day and when bonus mails are sent have a bunch of accounts that quilify Please comment and state your opinion around this matter
Support Katarina Posted January 16, 2019 Support #2 Posted January 16, 2019 Hello. Marketing team decides about the email bonuses and we do not have the information on the criteria according to which you would receive a bonus. The Marketing team is completely in charge of that. The emails and promotions are sent in batches and if you didn't receive the currently running one(s), I am sure you will be in some of the upcoming groups. We have had numerous bonuses based on various requirements such as total wager amount, future wager amounts, the period of inactivity on your account, and so on, and which were targeted to different users (to depositors, non-depositors, HRs). Furthermore, we have the Rakeback promotion for the most loyal players plus many additional bonuses. There have been many, many more which, unfortunately, I cannot currently remember. So, stay tuned and have fun! Let us know if you have any additional questions, we will gladly answer. Have a lovely day and best of luck! 🍀
Babagucci Posted January 16, 2019 #3 Posted January 16, 2019 I think they usually send the email bonuses to the members that haven't been active recently. I know the last time I got a couple was a few months ago when I was taking a break. Since then I have played alot and haven't received anything since not that I'm complaining because I appreciate anything that ces my way.
irawk0 Posted January 16, 2019 #4 Posted January 16, 2019 I've gotten bonus emails on both my very active main account and rarely used alt account. It's not up to you to decide/change criteria (maybe it's random) so I recommend stop wasting time thinking/hoping for it, because that's a waste of energy. It's a "bonus", so treat it as non-existent until you do get it, then celebrate of course
Dan Posted January 16, 2019 #5 Posted January 16, 2019 We have various marketing campaigns that target all types of users. Some are specific to certain criteria, but that's not the entirety of them. If you were around during all the dates we launched new currencies, you would have received a bonus for all of them (just as an example.) We just checked our marketing campaigns and can see you have opened and claimed 10 already with your account. We do not have any obligation to divulge the criteria for our marketing campaigns.
