Indonesian labor system

Hello everyone, 👋I live in Indonesia which is famous for natural products ranging from plantations, mining etc. Here I will discuss a few mining systems that work in Indonesia, generally in Indonesia when working in mining for 7 hours per day (40 hours per week) and already listed in the Indonesian Labor Law Article 77 paragraph 1, Law No.13 / 2003, here when working in mining unlike other jobs that may be more relaxed because miners are required to always produce and there is only time to relax if there are certain big days, how to do mining projects is boring because we always do the same thing every day, because every employee is required to give a full answer in every job he holds, and every worker in Indonesia has 12 days in one year for work vacations. Its a beautiful country indeed and its interesting that in Indonesia there is a vast opurtunity for people if they dont have graduaation which is lacking in most countries these days.
