concertrate Posted January 18, 2019 #1 Posted January 18, 2019 I was just wondering, virtual/online gambling opens up so much creativity for game ideas and design. Things like plinko, mines, etc. some are similar almost to games at a carnival/arcade which I guess IS the kids version of a casino. If you walked into a casino tomorrow and saw online/ carnival/ arcade type games in physical form would you play them or the traditional table games? 🤓
williamshennie9 Posted January 18, 2019 #2 Posted January 18, 2019 I would definitely play them! I would love to play a physical plinko, or HiLo It would be super fun!
Moderator Flan Posted January 18, 2019 Moderator #3 Posted January 18, 2019 Interesting! If I already bored with a traditional casino, I would choose Mines and Keno games. I wonder if any real casino makes that, It would be the futuristic and many people would visit that casino especially myself.

Mlc Posted January 18, 2019 #5 Posted January 18, 2019 I have imagined stake being a real life casino , my favourite would be plinko , it would stand at 7ft tall in real life all flashing lights ,and huge plinko balls to drop in the game yourself , probably way beyond my imagination but would be really cool still
irawk0 Posted January 18, 2019 #6 Posted January 18, 2019 Actually Plinko is derived from a near-identical game from Asia if I recall Dan's chat (it was Japan I think, can't really remember correctly), so if you go there for vacation you can try it out. As to Mines, it'd be too difficult to make a real life version since that can not replicate the provably randomness of a computer simulation. At best I'd say it becomes an arcade game lol. Keno is very similar to lotteries.
FotisNt Posted January 19, 2019 #7 Posted January 19, 2019 Well i wouldn't even go close to it if the chat was some kind of a real room in that casino.:P On the other hand i would definitely play each game , I guess i would waste so much time on hilo thought. 😃
Kate Posted January 19, 2019 #8 Posted January 19, 2019 That would be very very weird and the games like plinko would be good to be a real game since we can decide where to drop the ball and win most of the times. Also how would we contact support ?
Stevenwonder Posted January 19, 2019 #9 Posted January 19, 2019 Games like Keno are already integrated in most casinos. It’s just bingo, except there are no matching patterns, just matching the numbers you choose. Chartbet, Plinko, and Mines seem like they’d be too much of a hassle to set up each and every round that a player wants to play. Of course we already know that baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and diamond poker (or at least a very similar version of beating the dealer’s hand) are already a part of most every physical location casino you would go to. Casinos won’t ever include physical games of skill because they would be bound to lose a whole lot of money doing that. Casinos only rely on games of chance with a house advantage so that they can make money. Excluding poker rooms, which is a game of skill, but ultimately they make their money off of raking a certain percentage of a pot. So to answer your question, only in fantasy land would the games you mentioned turn into physical versions, just because of the sheer hassle that it would take to set them up.
KiXxnTRiXx Posted January 20, 2019 #10 Posted January 20, 2019 Id play them, just to experience it, but itll most likely just be as rigged as the virutal version. lol ... but atleast i can break the physical game rather than my device.. lol..
Furlicious Posted January 20, 2019 #11 Posted January 20, 2019 Sounds fun for sure. But i would still prefer playing online for convenience sake. Lol! I have never stepped into my own Country Casino till now. Hahaha
Mikehoncho Posted January 20, 2019 #12 Posted January 20, 2019 Has no one here seen the price is right?? Plinko is already in existence. Don't play the games at carnivals. They're rigged in the houses favor. It's possible to win, but highly unlikely. ---Former carnie.

davinmark Posted January 20, 2019 #14 Posted January 20, 2019 Of course i will! especially on Plinko. i never had a chance to get a 1000x PO, i wanna try Plinko in real life game table. so maybe i could hit that 1000x easily

See this would actualky be awesome.. at least you get to chose where to drop the puck, rather than just clicking nd letting the system choose for u.. but wouldnt make a difference if made on virtual side.. cause no matter what,, its pre programmed.. lel
Babagucci Posted January 21, 2019 #17 Posted January 21, 2019 That would be pretty cool if the games were available in virtual reality. That would certainly make things interesting playing a game like Mines lol.. As for like at a carnival or brick n mortor casino I would probably try the game but it wouldn't be as fun.
polor12 Posted January 21, 2019 #18 Posted January 21, 2019 Plinkos from price is right.. diamond poker lets face it people will avoid that one.. roulette, baccarat, 21 all common tables.. all i want to know how would rainbot be in real life..

I want to play Hilo too in physical games.
nhoyasim101 Posted January 21, 2019 #20 Posted January 21, 2019 when i was a kid my parents brought me to carnibal/peryahan etc..i recall a game using a marble/holen,, in small board they put some nail dividing the payouts, just like in plinko here in stake. when they trow the mable players will wait where will it be landed,,, if you lucky guy the jackpot price is 100x of your bet, they also have a familiar color game etc... those game like plinko its not new to me i've already played it before physically, i will still play it when i saw it in real casino etc.

I would imagine it would be easy to rig a physical version of plinko without much of a visual impact eg. Bend one of the bars slightly to redirect the ball. This could really skew the odds in the favor of the operator.
