Here I go. Where would this type of post go? Say I have millions of dollars worth of tokens from various successful ICOs. If I wanted to post an incredible discount on these tokens, should I post in the ICO thread? I checked it out and it just didn't seem to fit in. How would a transaction like this be facilitated safely for both parties? Is there a Stake trusted Escrow?

Let me guess. A few bad apples ruined it for everyone? Does this mean that links to an external escrow are also prohibited as well as any trade discussion?
