When Do You Change Sides/Gambling Settings?

The Purpose of this topic is to not only share some insight on the way I play dice, but also to get input from you guys on when and how you change betting settings, and the whys. I am very interested in hearing the new perspectives

The way that I play dice relies heavily on having winning bets as close together as possible, Ideally greens back to back on like 4x+ payout. As frequently as possible, and to do this, I have to switch sides at the right time. The reason this is crucial is because I do not normally decrease my wager. I allow myself to be ok with 3 reds for every 1 green i win (on 4x payout). 4x on dice I have found to be the most sustaining payout. In other words, I bust the slowest on 4x.

I want to know if anyone else likes to play like this whether it be on dice or some other game. Where you aim to get greens on not just one side, but both. Im interested in hearing what makes players want to switch sides. When do you switch sides? What makes you choose to switch, or is there something you look for specifically. Do you rely more on how the roll numbers look, or the frequency of reds or greens, or do you just let your gut tell you when to switch sides? (like more of a impulse or feeling thing rather then thinking)

If you dont switch sides and like to stay on just one constant setting, Id like to hear that as well and any reasoning or explanation you may have on why.

I only start to bet big once I have a feel for the rythm. But this takes some time, and also luck. I have to be on the right spot in the seed pair. Thats why i start betting small amounts. Once I feel like i have more of a footing, i double my wager, but only if i feel confident enough.

Some things i mess up on are:

  • Raising Bet too Early
  • Lowering my Wager after Long massive green streaks
  • Playing too long (I usually almost bust like 2 times and then I get tired and bust on 3rd)
  • Too Greedy! Many times I aim to get back to where my balance peaked, but even then many times I keep going with the same risk.
  • Not lowering payout after winning big (I have a hard time getting off 9x payout after I get a feel for it.)
  • Staying on one side for too long (I sometimes fall into the fallacy thinking there will be a green soon because i hit many reds, so a green has to be soon)
  • Staring at my balance instead of roll numbers. (Staring at my balance gets me more impulsive, the roll numbers help me think and bet more in control)

I still have to work on stopping on big wins and reseting the wager back to the base bet at the right times.  Too much risk and too little risk = for sure busto!
I hope some of you enjoyed reading, cant wait to hear how you guys see things differently (or similarly)

To tell you the truth, I'm doing exactly the same thing as you .. looking at my numbers instead of looking at my numbers, which gives me a lot of losses at the end of the day, I do not know but maybe what I still have to do is just look at the numbers found and then work more my analysis of these numbers

Cheer...!

Well, I actually never change my settings until I hit the 3300x multiplier which I'm chasing each time I autobet. Once I hit that, doesn't matter how much time it takes, I'm trying to multiple that win and withdraw whet it becomes around 0.01BTC. If it fails, I might deposit to give it a shot on another game.

I do very much so agree with you on this one. The house edge is there to make a profit for the casino in the long run. The best in my opinion would be to aim for short term profits, and then withdraw your winnings :)

To be honest, i do not like changing sides.. i stick to one side and let it run on auto.. i have tried swicthing sides and it can be good, but also terrible.. especially when the dice is on troll mode.. for example, like if youre hunting 99x low.. it keeps showing high.. you change side hoping to hit one before busting, it suddenly pops up low.. that drives me insane.. thats why i stick to one side and just have my setting to ge able to take a certain amount of reds depending on my starting balance.. which works very well, but like any strategy, after a while, the system will bust it.. :/

I also like playing dice. I prefer to use Payout 99x. I always use stop on profit, so every 1 hit roll will automatically stop. and I will change my side every time I hit

I try not to change sides for instance in Dice I much prefer to choose Over rolls in high payout hunts compared to Under roll. When I choose a side I tend to stick with it for a very long time.

I tend to hunt a big multiplier then don't change the sides very often and I raise my bet early sometimes also that's one bad thing also.

I think this is the safer way to bet too. But just so you understand my perspective! Just think about all those roll numbers that would have been a win if you had bet on the opposite side. :O!! now think about being lucky enough to land those perfect side switches. and sometimes both sides have a lot of those wins, the profit is massive!
Its a big thrill and excitement. i like to play playing the same constant wager until i either bust or my balance gets big enough for me to double my wager. i dont decrease. why? because its more action! aint got time for thinking about my choices for every bet ( though i use to make time like that for every bet, back when i was a big winnerrrrrr)

anyways.....as i was saying

Yes I agree, when we hunt big multiplier in dice, my suggestion is not to change side before we hit that multiplier. Because we didnt know how close we are to those multipliers

I never try to change sides, because I know as soon as I do then I will instantly start to hit the other side I was going for. personally, I would rather rip on the side i was originally going on rather than rip by going on the opposite side and watch it hit the other side.

When not feeling confident when big bets, I lowered my BB settings and changed my betting / gambling settings, both setting increased on lose and payout. Or when in a hurry in setting the Bet settings (I have to reset it)

If I'm hunting high multipliers, I generally change sides after each win unless I find a juicy seed that seems to have a lot of winners on one side.  I guess I change sides/seeds more on gut feeling than anything else.  I'm not sure it makes much difference either way, just more of a mental thing I suppose.
