Does non-stop playing really makes you bust?

The longer you play the higher chance you have of the house edge catching up to you and beating you. I tend to TRY and play short sessions and make the most. But 9/10 times I get caught up in it and end up playing for longer then expected/wanted. Usually if I don't discipline myself into stopping I'll end up losing so I have to tell myself "If you don't stop now, you won't have anything to bet later". Sounds weird and corny but it works :P

it's true that if we play continuously without stopping and are unable to control emotions, then the chances of losing are very big, but if we consistently use a good strategy maybe we can still minimize it. so even though we play continuously according to me, emotional control will determine the outcome of losing or winning.
