i get that riches aren't everything but saying its just about feelings kinda ignores that u still need enough to live comfortably ya know. it fels like people downplay money a bit too hard sometimes when its literally the thing keeping stress low and giving you the time to even think about what success means

i mean look at my aunt, she barely cracked 40k a year her whole life as a librarian but threw these insane block parties every summer, now shes retired and half the town shows up to help with her garden. kinda hard to call that unsuccessful.
