slavaan Posted March 4, 2019 #1 Posted March 4, 2019 Vitalik Buterin, who is one of Ethereum's co-founders, discussed his history in crypto in a recent interview and made a few poignant remarks about Bitcoin. He likened Bitcoin to a "pocket calculator" and compared it to Ethereum which is in comparison a "smartphone." https://all-stocks.net/ethereum-co-founder-vitalik-buterin-bitcoin-is-like-a-pocket-calculator-ethereum-a-smartphone/ I also think that Ethereum has far superior technology to Bitcoin, but I don't think that prominent figures from the crypto world should attack one another or a different cryptocurrency -- they should bolster and empower each other! skillex Posted March 4, 2019 #2 Posted March 4, 2019 I also read this news before. I support what Vitalik said regarding eth's capability than Btc. Bitcoin just happen to be the first crypto being introduced and pioneering and aside from that its just limitless also thats keeping its price dominating in market. But in overall capability the eth has its all, its instant transaction confirmation and erc20 and erc223 tokens using its platform for development. What more can we ask for eth I think it has it all.

Bitcoin is, and will be, the most important and advance crypto even in the future, and probably as Ethereum, someone creates a better one. Remember that Eth has unlimited amount of coins and we all be ready for the ice age that will come in the future. The fact that this constantinople and San Petersburg fork happened will give Eth a strength that no other coin has. I`m fun with Eth, I`m a hodler as many of you are. cryptjh Posted March 14, 2019 #5 Posted March 14, 2019 Bitcoins fix supply vs Ethereum unlimited supply, I can only see one winner here. Most ico are dead now, and when they come back I think the ico teams need more than a copy past whitepaper and a social manager, good ico will be needing their own blockchain from now. the Ethereum blockchain needs to become faster than it is now, and Ethereum also needs to open up for tokens can be used to pay the transaction gas.
