Thnks again Im out
Moderator Flan Posted March 9, 2019 Moderator #2 Posted March 9, 2019 The only way to stop this, using 2FA security. Seems your account being compromised by other people. Do you make a crosscheck with support about the device you used when login at Stake? Also, do you change your password before?
rebol Posted March 9, 2019 Author #3 Posted March 9, 2019 I have 2fa yes and i yes i just changed my password the other day this same thing happened .i asked but they just didnt seem to care . just told me basically its my fault after i took all precautions. Idk i was just hoping that they held themselves to higher standards and would actually help for once

We can't do anything about your accounts if you still having this issues, the coins also irreversible after you doing the bet. I'm only suggestion to doing one of these before playing at Stake : You can clean your cache, or any credentials auto-fills removed for a while. Make sure to clean your pc/phone or disabling remote control that making people can steal your password. Anyway, you should ask to support about the IP Address that being used, like who is the bad guy from? Is that from your own house, or it was a hacker from another country? Because we never know, and some of these can be a possibility of your family/friend/else that really close to you.
Support Featured Comment Katarina Posted March 9, 2019 Support Featured Comment #5 Posted March 9, 2019 Hello. If you see your balance "disappear", as you call it, check the sent tips/rains, last bets, and of course withdrawals. If you cannot find anything there, contact us on Live Support chat or email: [email protected]. We will surely tell you where your balance went. And yes, you did play those funds on Blackjack, I can share the bet IDs if you are fine with that. You, players, need to understand that your accounts are your own responsibility and you need to make it as secure as you can. You also need to be careful what you are using on your devices, what extensions are you are installing on your browsers, which scripts/bots will you use, whether you left your account logged in on some other device someone could have access to, and so on. 2fa in not mandatory, but we surely recommend having it enabled. What is also making your account safer is having a strong password, not used on some other website. If we can help in some other way, please let us know. Kind regards!
