Jadeynva Posted July 11 #26 Posted July 11 Gotta go Duke UNC over Iron Bowl, the hate just feelz more personal.
nyxtos6 Posted July 11 #27 Posted July 11 Do you factor in the coaching carousel drama when picking your greatest rivalry, or is it strctly about what happens in the 40 minutes of gameplay? I always come back to Duke UNC because even the players seem to inherit this generational chip on their shoulder.
wineique Posted July 11 #28 Posted July 11 i feel like the army navy game is quietly the most intense because there's almost nevr any stakes beyond pure institutional spite and everyone just accepts it
Mooeily69 Posted July 11 #30 Posted July 11 Saw a grown man cry during the 2013 Iron Bowl, that’s when I knew it was a different level
Lilyolzyl Posted July 11 #31 Posted July 11 Honestly Duke UNC is iconic but calling it the greatest feels like East Coast bias to me, the Iron Bowl has literally broken furniture in my house

Naloralrel Posted July 12 #33 Posted July 12 My Auburn hoodie got beer spilled on it twice last time.
faitharax Posted July 13 #35 Posted July 13 Michigan Ohio State just hits different for me cause that cold weather and the stakes being so high makes every single play feel like a playoff moment. My buddy almost crashed his truck into a snowbank celebratng a blocked punt one year, that kinda chaos just sticks with you
