Tbh when I see a team consistently covering the spread even in losses, that’s the real tell for me

I find a fully fit XI can be misleading since some teams just gel better with their backups.

I usually check if the coach has benched a key player who’s one yellow away from suspension, shows theyre actually thinking ahead not just chasing the game.

Tbh the "playing for something meaningful" part is what I focus on more than the fit XI. I got burned too many times by teams that were at full strength but just coasting cause the season was basically over for them.
