niks13 Posted April 8, 2019 #1 Posted April 8, 2019 What can I do with forum reputation? Or is it just like on bitcointalk that it just shows to other people if it is a nice person or a scammy/annoying person?
Etude Posted April 8, 2019 #2 Posted April 8, 2019 It just shows how actively you contributed in the Forum with user reacting on your posts with specific reactions that raises your content count (Green number beside your forum name).
bmg Posted April 8, 2019 #3 Posted April 8, 2019 It just shows who is awesome and who is even more awesome. Lol .
gougou Posted April 8, 2019 #4 Posted April 8, 2019 It depends how frienly you are in the community with other people.and if your comments are positive so players use that to reaft on you
FotisNt Posted April 8, 2019 #5 Posted April 8, 2019 As I know, you can't get any rewards for having a good reputation, but once you've a nice reputation, Stake's staff and members might be way friendly to you and you might become a forum VIP or even a moderator(being a moderator requires much more but I'm just saying). As I see you've some nice reputation for now while you made some cool posts so you'll be a bit more apreciated.:)

barbaris Posted April 8, 2019 #7 Posted April 8, 2019 In general, reputation does not give anything, it just shows your activity and the interest of other people to you and your posts, or as they said above, those who have more reputation points are cooler.
williamshennie9 Posted April 9, 2019 #8 Posted April 9, 2019 It just shows how popular you are in terms of your posts, as well as your replies to topics. usually if you post something good, people will react and your reputation increaseases. Not really good for much other than bragging rights
Kate Posted April 9, 2019 #9 Posted April 9, 2019 In the eyes of others it makes you look like you have stayed in the forum a lot and have been here for a very long time. It doesn't have any affect other than looks.
artizykristy Posted April 9, 2019 #10 Posted April 9, 2019 Reputation forums do not have any effect, but like only showing people who are often active in stake forums, and also useful to help beginners or those who are new to stake stakeholders if you want to ask questions.
jannine Posted April 9, 2019 #11 Posted April 9, 2019 just showing who active in forum and who not active
Shaniqua Posted April 9, 2019 #12 Posted April 9, 2019 its basically a popularity contest for the most part imo... also some people react much more than others... one can argue no thats of course not true... but ... but.... populatriy has majorrrrr role imo in the number of green things repuatations... but then again... we cant say how many % is for pop and how many for cont.
kendari Posted April 9, 2019 #13 Posted April 9, 2019 different from the bitcointalk forum there are a lot of bad people / fraud, here a place of recreation for others and here are good people..
rajamishra Posted April 9, 2019 #14 Posted April 9, 2019 hello friend its u r reputation how much u contribute to forum for its development and improvement, also its increase u r reputation.
wngo123 Posted April 9, 2019 #15 Posted April 9, 2019 You can't do anything about it. Just write on the forum and your reputation will come up. However I don't see any reason for this green reputation rank because it doesn't give you any advantage anyway, so it's just there to see who is on the forum for longer time and participate more in the discussion I guess.
ceastem Posted April 10, 2019 #16 Posted April 10, 2019 The only thing it does is to increase your credibility in the site. The more reputation you have, the more chance that people would be friends with you or trust you, especially if you send out invite links/ promotion links. It can also be the basis of the staff (i think) to see if you are worthy of the VIP title which is given out to members that contribute meaningfully here in the forum.
polor12 Posted April 12, 2019 #17 Posted April 12, 2019 The heart that is shown in stake chat are the spammers of forum.. rep just activity in forum..
Hoffguy Posted April 12, 2019 #18 Posted April 12, 2019 All the cool kids have rep some of us noobs just got to look in awe. The forum heart is the level above green rep I think but are cool.
skywallkee Posted April 12, 2019 #19 Posted April 12, 2019 It only shows how many reacted on your posts, resulting mainly how many posts of good quality you did. All the reacts are strictly for a positive feedback. This way administrators would know that for example if you did 1000 posts and have only 10 with reacts, then you couldn't do more than 10 posts that are good enough. Also, if you have 20 posts but with 100 reacts, it means you've got posts of really good quality. (of course, this also is dependent on the number of people that do react to posts, which isn't that common, people tend to forget about it). Before, when the market section was still a thing, stake also had a feedback option where you could leave a positive/neutral/negative feedback telling everyone that a person is or not trustworthy. But now, that feature isn't necessary anymore as trades/sells/lendings aren't supported by stake.
ginoso2019 Posted April 13, 2019 #21 Posted April 13, 2019 I don't think it is necessary for the purposes of the rewards is only for personal satisfaction and to see how much we are considered on the forum
