Trio of aces is always nice to look at, but yeah if the board's getting coordinated I'm not exactly relaxing either.

Trio of acces feels solid but in my experiance it rarely holds up as clean as youd hope. Someone always seems to catch the straight or flush on the river and ruin a perfectly good hand.

I have lost count of how many times a set of aces got cracked by some runner runner straight. I still pile all my chips in with it every time though, no self control.

aces are nice and all but honestly ive seen pocket kings take it down way more consistently against loose callers, feels like everyone always expects the aces

Trio of aces is great but I always feel like I hold my breath until the river, especially if there's any flush or straight potential showing. Were you ahead the whole way or did the turn make it sweaty for you?

one trick i use with trip aces on a dry board is to size down a bit on the turn, keeps in hands like middle pair taht would fold to a bomb
