Trio of acces feels solid but in my experiance it rarely holds up as clean as youd hope. Someone always seems to catch the straight or flush on the river and ruin a perfectly good hand.

I have lost count of how many times a set of aces got cracked by some runner runner straight. I still pile all my chips in with it every time though, no self control.

one trick i use with trip aces on a dry board is to size down a bit on the turn, keeps in hands like middle pair taht would fold to a bomb

Honestly I just nod and push the chips forward when the third ace lands. Not much to think about really, either its good or the board pairs weird and someone shows up with a full house out of nowhere.

I dunno, trio aces is huge but a suited connector floppin a straight flush feels more unbeatable somehow.

One thing I always watch with trio of aces is when the board gets really wet, like three to a flush or a ton of conneted cards because suddenly even just two pair isnt sweating it, they might even feel cozy enough to play back at you, so you kinda have to sniff out if that sizing scream is confidence from some sneaky boat you didn't see coming yet.

trio aces is strong but i find myself folding it more than i expected lately with how often boards run out scary. still wins more than it loses so i just play it straightforward and dont overthink.
