I mean it is growing a lot in some states like Kerala and West Bengal, you see packed stadiums for the ISL there. It just never got the national obsession status that cricket did because thhat sport is tied to so many major memories and heroes over generations.

No leg required to play gilly danda so the most of them try to give their best in cricket but still not become big cricketer meanwhile the current Indian team struggling to beat team like ireland which is not their main sports so just think how they get motivated about other sports no participation in olympics or other sports just try to conqueror cricket as their sport and people like us just do bet on them😅
