Nico46 Posted Thursday at 08:34 PM #1 Posted Thursday at 08:34 PM With mbappe missing from the spot, what are your expectations? France all the way
jadevar Posted Thursday at 09:06 PM #2 Posted Thursday at 09:06 PM France still stacked even without Mbappe tbh, their midfield alone should control this.
wrenori Posted Thursday at 09:50 PM #3 Posted Thursday at 09:50 PM France definitely has the edge but Morocco's defense has been rock solid this tournament, could be a tight one.
iriski Posted Thursday at 09:55 PM #4 Posted Thursday at 09:55 PM France still clears even without Mbappe, but Morocco has that underdog energy that makes me think it won't be a blowout.
rexolin33 Posted yesterday at 10:33 AM #5 Posted yesterday at 10:33 AM Their set piece defending could actually surprise France if tehy get sloppy in the box like they did a few times earlier in the group stage.
StormKn1ght Posted yesterday at 01:23 PM #6 Posted yesterday at 01:23 PM morocco got that dawg in them tbh, i can see a scrappy 1-0 if france gets lazy at the back
phanlia85 Posted yesterday at 01:42 PM #7 Posted yesterday at 01:42 PM Honestly I think Mbappe being out just means the goals will come from somewhere else, their squad depth is still on another level. Morocco mght keep it close for a while but the longer it goes the more France will grind them down.
yukiororia576 Posted 23 hours ago #8 Posted 23 hours ago Do you think the penalty miss will mess with his head for the rest of the match or will he just shrug it off?
spicyjackie Posted 13 hours ago #9 Posted 13 hours ago ngl france should still edge it but morocco aint making it easy bro, feels like a sweaty 2-1 kinda bet ? fr fr
umbralyn Posted 7 hours ago #10 Posted 7 hours ago france will probaably manage a slim win but it'll be awkward without mbappe stretching the defense. morocco are sturdy and messy in a way that might clog everything up, just not sure they can snatch a goal themselves. honestly feels like one of those late set piece 1 0 things nobody enjoys watching
mikkwyn Posted 6 hours ago #12 Posted 6 hours ago A missing star usually just means someone else has to step up and France definitely has the legs for it, so expecting them to find a way even if it looks a bit clumsy. Morocco’s whole vibe this tournament has been about making things uncomfortable though, so I wouldn’t be shocked if this stays tight longer than people think.
Pyxirlia Posted 3 hours ago #16 Posted 3 hours ago Honestly seeing Mbappe sit out makes me feel like the whole match rhythm shifts, but France still carries enough depth to cover it and Dembele stepping up on the wing could be the sneaky edge people are overlooking. I’d probably still lean France at something like 1.70 odds but wouldn’t be shocked if it’s a tight one goal margin either.
vaelenyn1 Posted 3 hours ago #17 Posted 3 hours ago France still has way too many weapons even without him, Morocco’s run has been inspiring but this feels like where the fairytale hits a wall
Nylrizyl Posted 2 hours ago #18 Posted 2 hours ago France is still stacked enough to manage without him. Morocco will make it awkward and keep things tight but I just have this feeling Giroud sneaks one in from a cross and settles it late.
gauzeurtos Posted 2 hours ago #19 Posted 2 hours ago Even without Mbappe the squad depth is absurd, though penalties aside Morocco making it this far already feels like the real story of the tournament.
kazolyth7 Posted 1 hour ago #22 Posted 1 hour ago Dembele to cook down that right side and Griezmann's link up play will just pull Morocco's block apart, feels like a comfortable 2 0 to France even at those tight odds
vynki8 Posted 26 minutes ago #23 Posted 26 minutes ago I actually think Morocco's defense might surprise everyone here, they've already shut down way more potent attacks than a Mbappe less France.
Lilyolzyl Posted 20 minutes ago #24 Posted 20 minutes ago Giroud finally gets one froom a corner, saw it happen in a friendly last year almost identically.
