yourboychris Posted July 9 #1 Posted July 9 Mbappe already missed a penalty. I see a draw here, what do you see?
homoelvar Posted July 10 #3 Posted July 10 Nah Morocco's defense looked shaky early on, France might snatch a scrappy win yet.
Vynelvar Posted July 10 #4 Posted July 10 France will probably pull ahead with a messy goal in the last ten minutes.
ravenaelyn Posted July 11 #7 Posted July 11 Morocco playing with way more energy right now and if Mbappe keeps looking that shaky France could easily drop points here. The odds on a draw were pretty decent before kickoff and honestly it feels like the smart bet at halftime.
thornva Posted July 11 #8 Posted July 11 I still back France to grind out a narrow win even if it gets ugly, a scrappy set piece goal feels more likely than Morocco holding on for the full ninety minutes.
nalorori Posted July 11 #10 Posted July 11 i had a similar feeling during that portugal morocco game a while back where ronaldo missed a sitter and then the whole attack just looked deflated. it feels like that same vibe with mbappe rn, like the confidence just evaporated after the penalty miss
wrenenne Posted July 11 #12 Posted July 11 morocco looks way more organized at the back than i expected tbh and that missed pen really took the wind out of france. do you think they even have a plan b if mbappe keeps being this quiet?
Pyxirry2 Posted July 11 #13 Posted July 11 Yeah that missed penalty really shifted the whole energy. I feel like Griezmann is the one who usually steps up when Mbappe is off but he's been a bit invisible too.
morthurry4 Posted July 11 #15 Posted July 11 Morocco's backline loos far more steady than France's attack.
vaelyn Posted July 11 #20 Posted July 11 Morocco held Croatia to a 0 0 draw last year so a French stalemate feels very realistic.
frankiiroria Posted July 12 #21 Posted July 12 I remember betting on a France match during the last Euros where they looked dominant but still scraped a 1 1 draw against Hungary after missing a penalty early. That match turned me off betting on heavy favorites right away, so I could honestly see Morocco holding firm again.
wrenixeon14 Posted July 12 #22 Posted July 12 Morocco already proved they can lock down big teams after that Croatia match, so I'd take a scrappy draw over banking on Mbappe fixing his form overnight
