Ixecube Posted July 9 #1 Posted July 9 Content: Looking ahead at the upcoming matchups on the card, there are some really interesting fights scheduled. Are you guys leaning toward the favorites to dominate, or do you see any major potential for an underdog upset? Let’s hear your predictions.
Sydneyioax Posted July 11 #3 Posted July 11 I think the main card is stacked enough that we might see at least one big favorite stumble. I'm keeping an eye on the co main evetn because that underdog has some sneaky power that could flip the script early.
kazolyth7 Posted July 11 #6 Posted July 11 Honestly I think people overrate the underdog angle on cards like this. Most of the favorites are favored for a reason and the gap in grappling alone could shut down a lot of those upset hopes.
ashssa53 Posted July 11 #8 Posted July 11 the grappling mismatch in the main event is too wide, dont think that underdog survives past round 2 honestly
Gladeyx225 Posted July 11 #12 Posted July 11 i see what you mean but i actully think people sleep on the underdog in the co main, his cardio looked way better in the last camp and if he can weather the first round storm the odds are way too wide.
voraryth Posted July 12 #13 Posted July 12 Honestly I think betting on favorites across the whole main card is too safe, there's always one guy who shocks everyone and the odds are just based on past hype. Like the co main underdog has way better movement now and if the favorite gases a bit early people are gonna regret sleeping on him.
vyntia Posted July 13 #14 Posted July 13 last card i went all favorites and one underdog knocked out my parlay in 90 seconds flat
pabloloris Posted July 14 #15 Posted July 14 That co main spot feels like a trap honestly, everybody's looking at the flashy striker but the other dude's wrestling is way better than people give him credit for
RadanSniper Posted July 14 #16 Posted July 14 I always wait until the weigh ins are done before lockng anything in, a bad cut on a favorite changes everything.
halektcg1o1 Posted July 14 #17 Posted July 14 i put a small flier on that younger prospect in the prelims last month cuz his oponent looked drained and he flatlined him in r2, sometimes the weigh ins tell a whole different story than the stats
kimo6pzd Posted July 15 #18 Posted July 15 I once threw a few bucks on a debut fighter just cause he looked terrifying at faceoffs, dude won by guillotine in under a minute.
