The "Close Tab" Discipline: How do you guys bounce back?

Hey everyone,

We’ve all been there you log in, your favorite slots are completely freezing you out, your Plinko drops are hitting nothing but the dead center, or a 90th-minute goal completely ruins a perfect sports slip.

Lately, I’ve been focusing a lot more on the psychological side of playing, specifically the exact moment I decide to pack it in for the day. In the past, my biggest mistake was trying to "force" a comeback, which usually just meant making bigger wagers on games I don't even normally play.

Now, I try to implement a strict two-step rule for myself:

The 3-Strike Rule: If three different games in a row give me absolutely zero momentum within the first few minutes, I accept that it's just a dead cycle for that session.

The App Lock: I literally log out, close the browser tab, and go do something completely unrelated for a few hours (gym, a movie, or cooking) to reset my brain.

It completely eliminates the impulse to chase losses and makes sure the next time I log in, I'm actually having fun instead of playing stressed.

How do you guys handle a cold streak? Do you have a strict stop-loss limit, or do you find it hard to walk away when a session starts going sideways?
