Vault suggestion.

I've always wondered who at stake uses the vault or what percentage of player do.  

Before the vault I would often leave things on auto to come back and see my balance gone. Or, in the heat of a losing streak make some crazy bet to try and recoup losses only to lose it all.  

Since using the vault for the last 2 months all that's changed.  I've achieved VIP and have built my overall balance to a level I never thought possible.  

Personally I like the way it works, and wouldn't change much except this..

Yesterday when I almost busted my main balance and initiated a vault withdrawal, but then hit 500x, so I no longer needed the withdraw.

In all the excitement I forgot to cancel the withdraw.  Later, when I realized that I had forgotten I thought, I wonder if I've done that before? (Initiating a vault withdraw and forgetting to confirm or cancel)

So I began looking through pages and pages of past vault withdrawals, and to my surprise I found 5 unconfirmed vault withdrawals.  3 of them for .001 BTC 1 for .0005 and another LTC for .03

Although it was exciting to find about 4mbct that I had forgotten about.  I would rather have  been notified by stake of the withdraws that have been pending for more then 24 hrs.  

Anyone else ever have this happen?  

Do you use the vault?  Are there changes you would make to the vault that would make you use it more or less then you do now?

i have lit 300 litoshis in my vault lol so I have never withdrawn from it.   However I do plan to use it more in the future.

I can’t forget that I have something in the vault and when I lose I make a withdrawal from there and therefore the vault is always empty. I want to pull myself together and not withdraw funds from there.

yes I have experienced it when I want to withdraw my money in a vault to play but not for long I have to go out to buy something until finally 2/3 days later I think where my vualt balance is and I get gmail 2 days ago for confirmation here I think that my forgetfulness is really profitable

I've never used vault. all my balance, whether it's winning or losing, is always in place. I've never moved it to vault. even if I get a big profit, I don't move to vault. but what I do is withdraw to my wallet

well, how would you like it to be then? just click and withdraw? or phone number sms verifcation? or?

That's kind of the point of the vault.So your coins aren't as easily accessible as they would be sitting in your main balance.  For me it's the same as withdrawing to my personal wallet outside of stake but this way I don't have fees when I want to redeposit.  

I used to withdraw and redeposit here several times a day paying way too much in fees.  But knew if I didn't withdraw from my main balance I would end up busting all.

Yes, i agree with asscorn ,  cause if that wasnt the case, then might as well just use an alt for the bank. it would be much faster and ezer right?

i used vault for keep my acc away from hacker.

because with vault need 2 confirmation for withdraw it. imagine i dont use 2fa and not save my balance invault, and someone hack my acc

i use all acc about crypto with vault because a few month ago i got hacked

Yeah, I actually use vault many times, for example when I wanna prevent myself from betting balances that I wanna withdraw or tip back to loaners. That's the only reason I'm using vault actually, nothing more.:P 2fa is the same in case to prevent scammers.

 There are many great ideas that get missed a thing we don’t get enough attention that they deserve because of being posted in the wrong section.  

 

 I do think that the vault can be improved as well 

Specifically the time lock feature I think is soooper important

The vault is only useful for people with self control in my opinion. I suggest people use it to deposit their winnings into, and then make a large withdrawal when they are ready. It can be a super effective tool if people use it wisely

If you have had any unconfirmed vault withdrawals or any withdrawals from the vault without you knowing then i suggest you change the password of your account and add 2FA

I never used the vault myself. for me its the same as depositing and withdrawing to my personal wallet. Its just a personal opinion. but I do not like keeping larger amounts on a gambling account. So every day when I quit playing I always make sure I withdraw most off the remaining balance and only leave a couple 100k satoshi for next day.

vaut is useless when greedyness attack, I wonder if you're out of balance and your vault has balance ,I think iy forces you too use it

but anyways the option to hold something is great.

Vault is good to use to save a coin their so tjat when you need it you can withdraw it.

Yeah, but you don't have to pay fees and wait for the blockchain when you use the vault on Stake  I think that is the best part about using it as a wallet in my opinion, since you skip the waiting time and fees

Well i don't agree with you when you say it is same as the wallet , the vault holds the funds in a much more secure way not only you need 2FA to withdraw the money but also you need email confirmation.

The safe was very functional for me when I was basted ... because sometimes I didn't realize that there were still coins that I kept in my vault.

sometimes saving for the future in a safe is very useful. take advantage of friends

I use the vault because i run auto bets some times and dont want to get back to a balance off 0.  Thats the only reason 😁
