If you aren't HODLing... why do you care about the price?

I have never actually held bitcoin in an exchange, wallet or casino for longer than a few days... I currently do not have any bitcoin (or money to buy bitcoin until my insurance payment arrives) 

I express excitement when I talk about the price of bitcoin going up.

I was asked why do I care about the price if I don't have any?

There's a few reasons..

A) The Market Cap entrigues me.  I have some valuable knowledge that could get a piece of that pie.

B) Casino Bonuses... For the most part, the amount of satoshis I am given doesn't change as Bitcoin rises.  Which makes the freebies I get worth that much more.

 

What are some reasons that makes you guys care about the price going up?

Well. I‘m not a hodler and not a trader. But sometimes if you got some coins and no need to spend them right away, I can be surely interesting. 

Why pay 0.002 for a pizza, if you might pay 0.0017 for it.

Also interesting when you want to exchange to fiat, but don’t need to hurry.

I keep some bitcoins, hoping to make some extra money on the price, but this is not a permanent income. If there is a large amount in bitcoins, then in connection with the increase in the price of bitcoin, I would recommend to hold them.

The few reasons : 

It affects the price of other coins which we may be holding for eg : I am holding Tron for now . 

It affects the site in a good way because they get a good conversion rate and can hire more staff to do the work and fix bugs. 

It affects the conversion of players because people convert in USD and play and not in Bitcoin terms.

Because I like arrogant Wall Street jerk offs who repeatedly claimed Bitcoin and crypto was a Ponzi to be proven wrong, over and over again.  I will never get tired of seeing it go up.  I love the project and want it to be successful.  The best proof of a successful project in a capitalistic system is its price going up.

The value it shows how many people are wiling for a change.. it clearly exceeds the paper currency by landslide.. and its becoming a better sources of funds.,, Coins as of now still not recognize in the main market,, but yet many businesses are investing in it,, is basically like weed  dispensary,, small time business can actually compete with the big dogs,, but still not in the main market.. as long no one company make it as their own,,, and many investors are putting money into that growing industry knowing the potential of profitable making possibilities.. but it can be up but we all know the value can down in an instant,,

A lot of people on here use normal fiat currency to buy bitcoins to gamble. So the lower the price, the better. The same goes for these people that withdraw, the higher the price the better. It is not always those HODLing that are concerned with price

Haha actually i care more about the price going down then i do of it going up. I get happy if the price drops and get more turned off it rises alot. Unless of course i have a lot of coins before it rises aka if im HODLIng. but if im not then its more expensive to buy for gambling! Not just that but expensive to send too with miners fees! and then when it gets backed up.

For me the high volatility of crypto prices does not make it worth it for me to hold. I know the profits to be made can be high but the possible loses are too much to risk it. I like to express excitement with crypto prices rise because I participate in airdrops and all crypto prices tend to follow the trend of bitcoin but that's because I invest nothing but my time into the airdrops.

For me, I like to trade stocks in my spare time but because cryptos are intangible assets with no physical tied assets I tend to pass on them because I feel like emotions dominate the fluctuations in value with them

for me almost don't care about price, when I lose a little in the price due to cryptocurrency trading. I always try to recover and take a little profit in gambling. because I never hodl more than a few days. especially when I get the coin from gambling it is not purely the result of bounty and others.

I suggest to become a hodler.  It is clear the way bitcoin and all the ecosystem is taking and the horizon is there.  Price is everything, my opinion. I pay attention to the price because when I trade I look to increase my amount of bitcoin satoshis,  that is why I trade.  To get bitcoins is easy, get fiat buy bitcoin....done !  But "make" bitcoins with bitcoins, then we are talking !  Very difficult.  As a fact, gambling in sites like Stake is part of that process to find mechanisms to create more bitcoins with bitcoins.  I`m always checking price and pair values.  Buy Bitcoin, Hodl & Good Luck.

I always care about the price even i don't holding coins. So when i received some coins, i can sell it with the high price, extra value.

Many reason about this one, sometimes I really care about the price even I'm not HODLing it. Some reasons are :

• If you having a job that being paid by bitcoin, you would know why we care the price. 
• Rare reason that I don't really like the increase, if you really wanted to gamble bitcoin only.

well, for gambling purposes it's actually quite a difference -- the dollar is compressed, and betting becomes more difficult unless you have deeper pockets to roll with. 40 bucks gets you 400k here, where a few weeks ago it was 800k. so <:

while hodling we feel the excitement because the value of coins we've invested in is going up. It's obvious! Should we feel sad about bullish market then?
