I get the feeling they get alot of wiggle room, meaning there aren't super strict guidelines or managers breathing down there back. Maybe @Mladen takes them out every Friday for drinks .. lol. Whatever it is keep up the great work!

To be dead honest, I think Stake’s supports are one of the best in the industry - with unfair advantage by being able to open up to customers as friends. This creates lasting bonds that go beyond the customary beliefs of “business practices”, and when sprinkled with a dash human touch is way more effective/efficient than any SOP! 😀

My problem was solved after more than 3 hours because of ticket queuing. I haven't encountered that much time waiting for my ticket to be solved here in Stake. Stake team are really true to their words.
