you are right! stake is the best gambling community ive ever seen, some ppl are not only "gambling dudes" anymore.

Yea they definitely are class A when it comes to handling situations. I get the feeling they get alot of wiggle room, meaning there aren't super strict guidelines or managers breathing down there back. Maybe @Mladen takes them out every Friday for drinks .. lol. Whatever it is keep up the great work!

That was an exception though, the usual waiting time is 45 seconds to one minute :D So, I must have contacted them at a super busy time to have waited 4 mins, but usually they respond immediately.

Yup they are one of the best they handled the tipping for players thing when they had a lot of support tickets to reply too and they also handle these challenges things.

Yes they are very patient, fast response, and always solve my problem clearly in here or primedice

Sometimes they gave us tips too as a compliment

I totally agree the Support Staff here at Stake is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to talk to. 

Not only are the awesome as support  but they are all just friendly people and so down to earth.

seriously tho, props for stakes support team... i really mean it.. if stake got anything right .. .its that...
i swear i havent ever waiting more than 30 seconds for a response form a real person! never any roboticas!

hello friends its true last few years i have played so many sites but no support are active their.in stake every time ans u r qs so polite and clearly to describe your satisfy what was u ask.due their activeness users are attract to join here.

I strongly agree that the support staff at the stake is very good. I did not wait long to complain about my complaint maybe just 2-5 minutes and also very friendly support.

The Stake team has done right in this respect by building the right team of supports from the ground up, each with their unique skills/personalities whilst being able to work together for one common goal - to bring the standard of service at Stake to higher heights. 

To be dead honest, I think Stake’s supports are one of the best in the industry - with unfair advantage by being able to open up to customers as friends. 

This creates lasting bonds that go beyond the customary beliefs of “business practices”, and when sprinkled with a dash  human touch is way more effective/efficient than any SOP! 😀

but seroiously can anyone even think of another place where support is as fast as stake.com? i think not!!!! idk why it hasnt won awards for this stuff or anything like tthat yet!

We  benefit a lot from a 24/7 support around our heads. Always being friendly and reasonable. And imagine the tons of tickets and unsatisfied users flooding in. They're doing an amazing job and we cannot state this often enough.

When they say “just a moment please...” that is exactly and litteralky what they mean, a moment later they are 1on1 helping u with your needs!

the difference is with this support group then in other sites.. they are more interactive with the players.. that is one of the biggest advantage stake has.. even having the owner pop in once in awhile to say hi,.. cheers to the support staff..

I was invited by a friend to try a new online casino site and I encountered a problem there. My problem was solved after more than 3 hours because of ticket queuing. I haven't encountered that much time waiting for my ticket to be solved here in Stake.

"Receive personal VIP treatment from our support team, with one-on-one chats and personal support that is unique to you! Don’t be satisfied with automated messages, you are important to us." Stake team are really true to their words.
