XD. Eatting cookies can make you get over losses easily ikr.
Burgerwcheese Posted June 7, 2019 #28 Posted June 7, 2019 Accept it. You can't change it. It happened, it sucks. It's never going to feel good to lose. That's what gambling is. Negative feelings, pure negativity. Don't play the what if, I coulda, I was gonna, shoulda game. It's irrelevant. It's painful. And if those idiots had the right money which they most probably did { or perhaps didn't, but many will use that as a stalling ploy so you go back and blow your money. Bad beats are part of the game and will kill your soul and mind } But at the end of the day you're the one who CHOSE to go back and gamble. You lost it. It's your fault. Believe me I've been in your shoes. Gambling is nothing but hard luck and filth. TIME will heal the pain. It doesn't mean you should forget it though. Because when this feeling goes away you might want to gamble again, perhaps a significant amount. Live. Go about your life as you would. Work. Have fun. Exercise. Go and see a movie. Ride a bike. Go out to dinner with your wife. Getting on with life, doing things, EXERCISING is a great way to relieve stress. Routine. Routine keeps you focused, having a purpose and makes you stronger. Accept that for a little while you're going to feel like crap. It will go away my friend. Believe me. Stretch regularly. Your muscles will be tight from all this stress. Youll be amazed how the relieved tension in your body will relieve tension in your mind. Exercise. Even if it's only 10 minutes. Do activities you enjoy besides gambling. VALUE YOUR LIFE
rdbase Posted June 7, 2019 #29 Posted June 7, 2019 I just feel bad and moop around the place saying why and how the hell does that happen. You know the usual reactions when somebody loses it all and has nothing left in their wallet. So all you can do is sit down and cry at the end of it all.😥
nuuuitsjdragon Posted June 7, 2019 #30 Posted June 7, 2019 Win or Lose, doesn’t matter either way as I will feel like I want to continue playing... eventually running out of luck and busting even my winnings. This may be self-explanatory but we should get other hobbies or do something else - basically chill for abit and realign our expectations for the next session. Of course, easy to say but very hard to follow the advice! 💀
mokyo Posted June 7, 2019 #31 Posted June 7, 2019 I just sit back, relax, and watch lol.. thinking when will i got my revenge.!

I lost a good amount twice in bitcoins, and I was very sad. I tried after my loss to recover right away, but I did not succeed. After this situation I took 28 days to recover what I had lost. The lesson I have with this is do not try to recover then after the loss, because the mind, the head, and your feelings are very hot and confused and can further worsen the loss. Some are lucky and manage to recover after the loss, minutes later, others take many days as it was in my case. One issue with that is: cursing, offending people is not good, not nice, and you're proving to be unbalanced, and worse still you're on the verge of being banned from the casino depending on the level of behavior and aggressiveness you is uttering in the moment of sadness and fury with loss. Do not do this ever again, as this may make your situation worse. When the loss situation, you have to be prepared to accept the loss because whether you want it or not, one day the loss will come, and if you are not prepared, you will suffer a lot from it. Based on this statement, what do you do when you lose a lot? All these losses have made me succeed in casino life, do not panic, stay calm. Good luck. 😎 at first i get mad ... ! i will cursing in room first even i know that is so bad !... and i am trying to fix it ... the second thing i do is sitting there with my mad head , anger, reget.... !! and sad.... wish i didnt do it......!! after all of anger is starting calm ... thinkin next plan, what to do, talking with friend, or just watching movie cuz nothing to play anymore
Demarkus89 Posted June 7, 2019 #33 Posted June 7, 2019 Yes, I know such losses! I, too, have such a situation, I can’t recover lost money. I think it’s very difficult to recover money. I also lose a lot of money for me. When I lose, I get very angry and make several deposits again and again I lose everything, then it became very difficult weight day I am in stress This feeling is very lousy.

It is very difficult indeed! So take a break or something and get over it would be a great option! Then, next bets might be wins, who knows..
Usukinato Posted June 7, 2019 #35 Posted June 7, 2019 When I lost too much because of the continuous losing sequence, I would stop and drink a cup of coffee. There is no attempt to minimize losses because it makes us nervous and leads to the next failure. Try to come back after you become calmer.
Etude Posted June 9, 2019 #36 Posted June 9, 2019 When I lose seriously alot in a session, I will then take a short break to clear my mind then come back to gamble after feeling better.
bajigur Posted June 9, 2019 #37 Posted June 9, 2019 when I experienced a lot of losses I was better off still and playing as usual as if I had just started the game from the start again, if I was lucky I could recover
sdsdfbsfsd Posted June 9, 2019 #38 Posted June 9, 2019 personally ,have a little cry or hit something depending on amount lol, then i quickly try to distract myself with other irl stuff ,then when i next deposit imove on wards and try recover loss and enjoy stake
77kdub Posted June 9, 2019 #39 Posted June 9, 2019 Well I've learned that when you lose a lot don't try to recover in a panic or a hurry because you'll just lose more. Some days are just unlucky day's & If I lose a lot I just accept it because I usually go in with very low expectations so there is less disappointment. Also never gamble what you can't afford to lose, (I know sometimes that's easier said then done).
PedroMBeaulieu Posted June 9, 2019 #40 Posted June 9, 2019 When I lose a lot, I often rush by hitting all on one bet.
heisa Posted June 9, 2019 #41 Posted June 9, 2019 I`ve lost big amounts of money and there are multiple things that can get your mind off those losses and those are : Playing a video game like Counter Strike or League of Legends Going outside for a walk and clearing your head
sankasanka Posted June 9, 2019 #42 Posted June 9, 2019 first i used the F... word, then go to smoke open a beer. when get relax depo some to gain what i lost, usulay it dosent work , i busto what i depo too . when lost big dont play that day again, wait for 1 or 2 days later enter big amount hit and run
cryptofly Posted June 9, 2019 #43 Posted June 9, 2019 Anger is what first coming to my soul when I am in a loss, big loss. Anger with myself as nobody told me to do what I did to lose. Never offend anybody...mmmmh. maybe Stake a little, but is not natural? Nobody wants to hear a fly cry so I better stay quiet, take a break, fix my strategy and move on. I do have a nice time in here, so I hope to be in Stake for a long time. Good luck.
charsequence Posted June 9, 2019 #44 Posted June 9, 2019 Im trying to make a break after big losses. Its hard because you always want to play again and to take your winnings back immediately, but I try to do all my best.

GKD09 Posted June 9, 2019 #46 Posted June 9, 2019 Yeah thats true you MUST stay away if that loss you incurred means a lot to you. You can try to double it or refill and try to hit some multiplier, but that'll more often than not end up with more losses unless you are super lucky. The best thing is to cool off, depending on the loss and how much it means to you, till you somewhat get over it. The whole point of gambling really is for the "rich people" or with money you can afford to use. Say instead of buying a new appliance say or the latest phone, you try gambling it instead. Not the money you WILL need for your day to day life right? So if that's you, you shouldn't be that disheartened as its gambling - you win or you lose. So take a few hours to few days and cool down. You will eventually not feel like you lost the entire world though it felt so harsh. The part where you then come back to play again, using some more money is up to you. But try and forget about your previous losses. A new deposit a new beginning. Don't let those past balances ruin your strategies or whatever. If you play to recover your losses, just like when you were furious the day you lost you probably will end up losing. Trust me on this. We all are greedy and stupid at times and its hard to control. But over several years on these gambling sites, I have not lost more than I had deposited and I think that's quite nice. I don't do this as a source of income, but I do it for entertainment and money on the side. It may not be as big wins as other people get, but they are most likely to lose most of them if they continue to play or they had real great luck and was able to cash out.
sheenazbay Posted June 10, 2019 #48 Posted June 10, 2019 if I lose a lot of my balance, I immediately stop playing, then for a few days I don't gamble first, to do evaluation and introspection, what is the cause of my defeat? And if I have found out where lies the mistakes that make me lose, I improve my gambling strategy, while waiting for my emotions to return to neutral, then I gamble again
polor12 Posted June 10, 2019 #49 Posted June 10, 2019 first i wont go in and think of recovering what i have lost previously.. because you will end up trying to recover what you just lost in trying to recover what was lost before,, its an endless cycle in which will keep you on the negative side.. making sure i have a clear head and no distraction.. set a a goal to reach and a limit i what im willing to lose., without that then i wont be able to work on my will power to stop playing.. or keep playing while losing it all.. take a deep breathe, then exhale.. spark a blunt. take a few rips to calm the nerves and get f up before deciding which game i will be on for the remaining hour i set my self.. and always know what ever happens i chose it..no one to blame if i lose and savior the moment when i dont..
wngo123 Posted June 12, 2019 #50 Posted June 12, 2019 When I use a lot I stay away from stake for a while to get my things together and remind myself that this is just for fun. It's even worse when you loose something you won, not just deposit. Feels sad, but I think the best way is to give yourself a break and not to try win it back as soon as possible because this way you will loose even more.
