Shaniqua Posted May 27, 2019 #1 Posted May 27, 2019 I got this in my email just today and it really got me curious... apparently its pretty new, and it uses XYO coin, i never heard of it ... but then again i havent head of 99% of them/.. so i guess you get this GPS dongle like thing and connect it to a app... and from what i understand it tells you to go to certain locations and once you get there it sends you XYO coin as a reward. im not sure how it works entirely yet, and i kinda want to see if any of you have heard of the coin or not or this GPS data for coin thing... so your basically selling your GPS data for XYO coin.... how much and stuff? idk yet.. .im still researching... it may come off as scary... or invasion of privacy but nahh i think its all ok... i would do it : ) its not like the gov doesnt already know where u are using ur phone and stuff 😃 ________________ok i did some more research and found all my answers here https://xyo.network/geomining/ i didnt want to copy paste anything here but everythign is detailed and outlined in that site above... idk tho if its worth even getting the device or not...
williamshennie9 Posted May 27, 2019 #2 Posted May 27, 2019 Seems like an interesting concept - selling your whereabouts to a company. Seems like something I would want to stay clear of, unless of course, the payouts are worthwhile. I can see a lot of people doing this just to get free money
